We meet our valued guests in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures terminal at 06:30. After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Berlin at 09:30 with Ajet Airlines flight VF 57. Arrival at the airport at 11:30 local time. Then we depart for Berlin.
After our arrival in Berlin, the capital that blends Europe's historical heritage with modern life culture, we start our panoramic city tour. In our tour, first of all, the Brandenburg Gate, which has become the symbol of the city, the magnificent structure of the German parliament, the Reichstag Building, the Berlin Cathedral with its impressive dome, and Museum Island, the intersection point of history and culture, are among the places to be seen panoramically. Then, we proceed along Unter den Linden Boulevard and reach the areas considered the heart of Berlin. Alexanderplatz, the meeting point of the city, Fernsehturm (TV Tower), the tallest structure in the city, Rotes Rathaus, Nikolai Square with its historical texture, Schlossplatz where government buildings are located, the famous shopping street Friedrichstraße, and Gendarmenmarkt square with its elegant atmosphere will be seen panoramically. The remains of the Berlin Wall, one of the symbols of the Cold War era, and Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz – Sony Center, representing the modern face of Berlin, and the famous Kurfürstendamm boulevard will be introduced in the continuation of our tour. After the panoramic tour, transfer to our hotel and check-in. Transfer to our hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, the day is free. Our guests who wish can participate in the Dresden & Kreuzberg Tour (120€) organized extra by our guide. Dresden, located approximately 2 hours away from Berlin and described as the "Florence of the Elbe", will fascinate our guests with its baroque architecture and elegant city texture. In the city tour we will perform upon our arrival; the Semper Opera House, Theater Square, which forms the cultural center of the city, the Frauenkirche, which was rebuilt in accordance with its original form after the war, Martin Luther Square, and Prager Street, the busiest shopping street of the city, are among the places to be seen. In the free time given after the tour, our guests will have the opportunity to discover the unique atmosphere of Dresden. Completing our Dresden visit, we start our journey towards Kreuzberg. In this tour, we discover Kreuzberg, one of the most colorful and multicultural districts of Berlin. We examine the open-air artworks closely by seeing the East Side Gallery, the longest surviving section of the Berlin Wall. Then, we take short walks around Landwehrkanal and Görlitzer Park and observe the daily life of the district. After getting to know the flavor and culture stops of Kreuzberg with Markthalle Neun and Maybachufer Turkish Market, we give free time on Oranienstraße, famous for its cafes and bars. This tour offers the opportunity to get to know the alternative spirit and multicultural structure of Kreuzberg closely. Transfer to our hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, the day is free. Guests who wish may join the optional Potsdam & Outlet tour (110€) organized by our guide. This historic German city, located approximately one hour from Berlin, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The city consists of 75% green space and 25% buildings and streets. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers in Potsdam. Cecilienhof Palace, the Windmill, Sanssouci Palace, the Obelisk, the Brandenburg Gate, St. Nicholas' Church, the historic windmill, the Russian colony of Alexandrowka, the French Church, and the Church of St. Peter and Paul are among the places to be seen during our Potsdam tour. After Potsdam, we continue to our Berlin Outlet tour. Following the tour, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast, check-out from the rooms. Transfer to Berlin Airport. After completing baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul. Our tour ends upon arrival.

Outgoing Tour acts as an intermediary between airlines and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details may change before the flight; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of time changes.
Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation under 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it can be carried out by metro.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified in km. In such a case, information will be provided by Outgoing Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
Outgoing Tour reserves the right to change the tour route, provided that the content remains the same, when deemed necessary.
There is a visa application for T.R. citizens. For visa application, it is necessary to apply with the documents specified by our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip. Although the necessary documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to reject the visa by stating or not stating a reason, or to give a visa start date after the tour departure date. The applied visa service fee is not refunded. There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such situations; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Our guests who will travel with a T.R. green passport must renew their passports if their passport issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.

- In order not to experience problems with the customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required to renew the mentioned passports, and if it is a country that applies for a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Since there is a possibility that the police officer on duty may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents during country entry-exit when our guests under 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities, made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or site entrances. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for the inability to perform the mentioned tours if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be performed due to roads that are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to perform the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot within the possibilities in closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
The minimum number of participants for this package tour is 40 people for each hotel category. If the number of people participating in the package tour is not sufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
Triple rooms can be provided according to the availability of the hotels, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child who fits the age group and stays with 2 adults.
The timings of the Extra Tours during the day may change according to the opening, closing, and reservation times of the places to be visited, provided that the content does not change.
