We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures terminal at 21:15 and depart for Moscow with AJet Airlines flight VF 277 at 00:15. Following a comfortable flight, we arrive in Moscow at 04:20 and proceed to our panoramic Moscow tour, where we will begin to feel the city's enchanting atmosphere. The first stop of our tour, Red Square, is a fascinating meeting point located in the heart of Russian history. Having witnessed political and social developments throughout history, this square carries the traces of the Russian identity in every corner. Built by Ivan the Terrible in the sixteenth century, Saint Basil's Cathedral, with each dome symbolizing a Russian victory, invites our guests into a fairy-tale world with its eye-catching architecture. The Minin and Pozharsky statue in front of the cathedral is a symbol of the unity and courage of the Russian people. The GUM Shopping Center, which fascinates with its architecture at the end of the square, the Kremlin Palace rising right next to it, Lenin's Mausoleum, known worldwide as the symbol of communist ideology, the Karl Marx statue, and the famous Bolshoi Theatre, which has been operating since the 18th century, are the important points of our trip. A little further on, the Duma Parliament Building, where Russia's first elected parliament began operating in 1906, and the historic Voskresensky Gate, which was bombed in 1931 to allow tanks to enter Red Square, are other valuable stops we will visit. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. Overnight stay will be at our hotel.
After our morning breakfast, we offer our guests some pleasant free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Kremlin Tour (50 Euro). The Kremlin is a magnificent structure considered the heart of not only Moscow but all of Russia, with its architecture, splendor, and the critical role it has played throughout history. This unique structure, which has witnessed political intrigues, dynastic struggles, and cultural transformations, makes you feel the magic of the past at every step. The Kremlin gardens, the Grand Kremlin Palace Complex, the Concert Hall, and the area around the Presidential Building house the most important building blocks of Russian history. The "Space Tree," planted after Yuri Gagarin's space journey and shimmering with the lights falling on the Moscow River, is one of the interesting details of our tour. The impressive story of the giant cannon and bell tower cast by Tsar Ivan turns into both informative and enjoyable moments with our guide's narration. Guests who wish can find the opportunity to see Empress Catherine's magnificent crown decorated with 5000 diamonds up close. After the tour, guests who wish may join the extra Moscow Metro, Novodevichy Cemetery, and Arbat Street Tour (50 Euro). Considered the metro with the most aesthetic decoration in the world, the Moscow Metro fascinates guests with its giant chandeliers, marble columns, mosaics, and stations that resemble an art gallery. Then we move on to Novodevichy Cemetery, where the grave of Nazım Hikmet is also located. Founded in 1524, this monastery is like an open-air museum housing giant names of Russian cultural and political history such as Chekhov, Gogol, Mayakovsky, Bulgakov, Eisenstein, Khrushchev, Shostakovich, and Yeltsin. Meaning "Young Maidens," Novodevichy accompanies the tragic stories of empress candidates with a poetic sadness. The last stop of our tour, Arbat Street, is Moscow's most popular art and culture center. A walk among street painters, musicians, colorful shops, and buildings smelling of history creates a feeling of traveling through time. The famous building where Pushkin and his wife Goncharova lived will also greet you here. After our tour, we head to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
After our morning wake-up call and breakfast at the hotel, we travel to the train station with our private bus. Then, we depart for St. Petersburg, considered the art and culture capital of Russia, with our comfortable train. Upon our arrival in the city, we proceed to our panoramic St. Petersburg tour, where we will begin to discover this unique city that fascinates with its elegance, architecture, and history. Founded by Russian Tsar Peter the Great in 1703, St. Petersburg is a city that fascinates its guests at first sight with its magnificent structures, wide streets, and impressive history. During our panoramic tour, we proceed along Nevsky Prospect, the city's most important boulevard, which reflects the soul of the city with its 4.5-kilometer length. Named after Alexander Nevsky, one of the most famous heroes of Russian history, this boulevard is the point where the heart of St. Petersburg beats. The architectural masterpieces we encounter along the boulevard reveal the historical richness of the city. We first see the Admiralty Building, which draws attention with its golden dome, and then watch the elegant structure of the magnificent Kazan Cathedral, built as a small replica of the famous St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. Throughout our tour, we have the opportunity to see the striking architecture of the Beloselsky-Belozersky Palace, the elegance of the Stroganov Palace, and the impressive structure of Gostiny Dvor, which is one of the most important trade points of the city with its nearly 250-year history and has now turned into a modern shopping center.
The Russian National Library, one of the most remarkable structures of St. Petersburg's art-filled atmosphere, the Singer Building, which attracts attention with its founding story, the Eliseyev Building, which dazzles with its massive stained glass and bronze details, and the Aurora Cinema, which the writer Nabokov frequently mentions in his memoirs, increase the visual richness of our tour. In addition, the famous Anichkov Bridge, which has become an important part of Russian literature and bears the traces of the Siege of Leningrad, offers us sections from different periods of history throughout the tour. After this fast and impressive time travel that extends from the past to the present of St. Petersburg, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. At the end of the tour, guests who wish may join the extra Russian Night Tour (90 Euro) organized by our guide. You should not miss the opportunity to watch dinner and magnificent dance shows at Troika Restaurant, one of the most beautiful restaurants in St. Petersburg. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
After our morning breakfast at the hotel, free time is offered to our guests. Guests who wish may join the extra Hermitage Museum Tour (50 Euro). The Hermitage Museum is a world-class treasure housing more than four million works, ranging from the "Golden Man" to the world's oldest carpets, from the door of the Kaaba to unique examples of modern art. The palace, which was turned into a museum with the Bolshevik Revolution, was skillfully protected from the Nazi invasions targeting works of art during the Second World War. In this tour, where the historical summer and winter palaces will be visited, you will enjoy listening to the formation process of one of the world's most impressive museums and its importance in Russian cultural history from our guide. After the tour, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Peterhof Palace and Park Tour (90 Euro). Inspired by Versailles and built by Tsar Peter the Great, Peterhof is one of the most visited points of St. Petersburg with its magnificent gardens, legendary fountains, Baltic Sea view, and massive water jets. Thanks to the canal opening to the Baltic Sea in the palace garden, you will see a unique water architecture. In addition, the Peter and Paul Cathedral fascinates its visitors with its architecture and historical texture. After the tour, return to the hotel and free time for a pleasant evening. Overnight at our hotel.
After our morning breakfast at the hotel, check-out and free time. Guests who wish may join the extra Pushkin Tsar Village Tour (80 Euro). Included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, this region offers its visitors a Russian fairy tale with its palaces, gardens, and elegant Rococo architecture. The eye-catching Amber Room of the Catherine Palace is one of the world's most famous examples of decorative art with its five tons of pure amber craftsmanship. The landscape of the town was delicately designed by Dutch and English gardeners and carries traces of different cultures of the world, from Turkish baths to Chinese bridges. Important monuments such as the Chesma Column and the Kagul Obelisk also contribute to the historical richness of the region. Then, guests who wish may join the extra Peter and Paul Fortress Tour (50 Euro). This fortress, which was the first to be built by Tsar Peter the Great, who founded the city, has great strategic importance from a military perspective. The fact that important names such as Dostoevsky, Trotsky, and Lenin's brother Alexander were held here for a period gives the fortress a distinct historical meaning. The angel figure on the dome of the cathedral located inside the fortress greets all guests with compassion.
After the tour, transfer to St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport. Departure for Istanbul with AJet Airlines flight VF294 at 01:50 the next day and arrival in Istanbul at 05:40 local time in the morning.
