Meeting at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures terminal at 21:15, we depart for Moscow at 00:15 with AJet Airlines flight VF 277. After a comfortable flight, upon our arrival in Moscow at 04:20, we proceed to the panoramic Moscow tour where we will start to feel the fascinating atmosphere of the city. The first stop of our tour, Red Square, is a fascinating meeting point located in the heart of Russian history. This square, which has been the scene of political and social developments throughout history, carries the traces of Russian identity in every corner. Built by Ivan the Terrible in the sixteenth century and each dome symbolizing a Russian victory, Saint Basil's Cathedral invites our guests to a fairy-tale world with its eye-catching architecture. The Minin and Pozharski statue in front of the cathedral is a symbol of the unity and courage of the Russian people. The GUM Shopping Center, which fascinates with its architecture at the end of the square, the Kremlin Palace rising right next to it, Lenin's Mausoleum, known worldwide as the symbol of communist ideology, the Karl Marx statue, and the famous Bolshoi Theatre, which has been operating since the 18th century, are important points of our trip. A little further on, the Duma Parliament Building, where Russia's first elected parliament began operating in 1906, and the historic Voskresensky Gate, which was bombed in 1931 to allow tanks to enter Red Square, are other valuable stops we will visit. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and check-in. Overnight stay will be at our hotel.
After our morning breakfast, we offer our guests some pleasant free time. Our guests who wish can participate in the Kremlin Tour (50 Euro), which will be organized as an extra. The Kremlin is a magnificent structure accepted as the heart of not only Moscow but all of Russia with its architecture, splendor, and the critical role it has played throughout history. This unique structure, which has witnessed political intrigues, dynastic struggles, and cultural transformations, makes you feel the magic of the past at every step. The Kremlin gardens, the Grand Kremlin Palace Complex, the Concert Hall, and the surroundings of the Presidential Building house the most important building blocks of Russian history. The "Space Tree," planted after Yuri Gagarin's space journey and sparkling with the lights falling on the Moscow River, is one of the details that attract attention in our tour. The impressive story of the giant cannon and bell tower cast by Tsar Ivan turns into both informative and pleasant moments with our guide's narration. Our guests who wish can find the opportunity to see Empress Catherine's magnificent crown decorated with 5000 diamonds up close. After the tour, our guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Moscow Metro, Novodevichy Cemetery, and Arbat Street Tour (50 Euro). Accepted as the metro with the most aesthetic decoration in the world, the Moscow Metro fascinates guests with its giant chandeliers, marble columns, mosaics, and stations that resemble an art gallery. Then we move to Novodevichy Cemetery, where Nazım Hikmet's grave is also located. Founded in 1524, this monastery is like an open-air museum housing giant names of Russian cultural and political history such as Chekhov, Gogol, Mayakovsky, Bulgakov, Eisenstein, Khrushchev, Shostakovich, and Yeltsin. Novodevichy, which means "Young Maidens," accompanies the tragic stories of empress candidates with a poetic sadness. The last stop of our tour, Arbat Street, is Moscow's most popular art and culture center. The walk we will take among street painters, musicians, colorful shops, and buildings smelling of history creates a feeling of traveling through time. The famous building where Pushkin and his wife Goncharova lived will also welcome you here. After our tour, we move to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
After our morning wake-up call and breakfast at our hotel, we travel to the train station with our private bus. Then, we depart for St. Petersburg, accepted as the art and culture capital of Russia, with our comfortable train. Upon our arrival in the city, we proceed to the panoramic St. Petersburg tour where we will start to discover this unique city that fascinates with its elegance, architecture, and history. Founded by Russian Tsar Peter the Great in 1703, St. Petersburg is a city that fascinates its guests with its magnificent structures, wide streets, and impressive history at first sight. In our panoramic tour, we proceed along Nevsky Prospect, which is the most important boulevard of the city and reflects the spirit of the city with its 4.5-kilometer length. Named after Alexander Nevsky, one of the most famous heroes of Russian history, this boulevard is the point where the heart of St. Petersburg beats. The architectural masterpieces we encounter along the boulevard reveal the historical richness of the city. First, we see the Admiralty Building, which draws attention with its golden dome, and then we watch the elegant structure of the magnificent Kazan Cathedral, built as a small replica of the famous San Pietro Cathedral in Rome. Throughout our tour, we have the opportunity to see the striking architecture of the Beloselsky-Belozersky Palace, the elegance of the Stroganov Palace, and the impressive structure of Gostiny Dvor, which is one of the most important trade points of the city with its history of approximately 250 years and has now turned into a modern shopping center.
The Russian National Library, one of the most remarkable structures of St. Petersburg's art-filled atmosphere, the Singer Building, which attracts attention with its founding story, the Eliseyev Building, which dazzles with its magnificent stained glass and bronze details, and the Aurora Cinema, which the writer Nabokov frequently mentions in his memoirs, increase the visual richness of our tour. In addition, the famous Anichkov Bridge, which has become an important part of Russian literature and bears the traces of the Siege of Leningrad, offers us sections from different periods of history throughout the tour. After this fast and impressive time travel from the past to the present of St. Petersburg, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. At the end of the tour, our guests who wish can participate in the Russian Night Tour (90 Euro) organized extra by our guide. You should not miss the opportunity to watch dinner and magnificent dance shows at Troika Restaurant, one of the most beautiful restaurants in St. Petersburg. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
After our morning breakfast at our hotel, free time is offered to our guests. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Hermitage Museum Tour (50 Euro). The Hermitage Museum is a world-class treasure hosting more than four million works, ranging from the "Golden Man" to the world's oldest carpets, from the door of the Kaaba to unique examples of modern art. The palace, which was turned into a museum with the Bolshevik Revolution, was skillfully protected from the invasions targeting art works by the Nazis during the Second World War. In this tour where historical summer and winter palaces will be visited, you will listen with pleasure to the formation process of one of the world's most impressive museums and its importance in Russian cultural history from our guide. After the tour, free time. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Peterhof Palace and Park Tour (90 Euro). Inspired by Versailles and built by Tsar Peter the Great, Peterhof is one of the most visited points of St. Petersburg with its magnificent gardens, legendary fountains, Baltic Sea view, and giant water jets. You will see a unique water architecture thanks to the canal opening to the Baltic Sea in the palace garden. In addition, the Peter and Paul Cathedral fascinates its visitors with its architecture and historical texture. After the tour, return to our hotel and free time for a pleasant evening. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel, we will check out and have some free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Pushkin Tsarskoye Selo Tour (80 Euro). Included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, this region offers visitors a true Russian fairy tale experience with its palaces, gardens, and elegant Rococo architecture. The stunning Amber Room of the Catherine Palace, featuring five tons of pure amber craftsmanship, is one of the world's most famous examples of decorative art. The town's landscape, meticulously designed by Dutch and English gardeners, bears traces of different world cultures, from Turkish baths to Chinese bridges. Important monuments such as the Chesma Column and the Kagul Obelisk also contribute to the historical richness of the region. Afterward, guests who wish may join the optional Peter and Paul Fortress Tour (50 Euro). This fortress, the first structure built by Tsar Peter the Great who founded the city, holds great strategic importance from a military perspective. The fact that important figures such as Dostoevsky, Trotsky, and Lenin's brother Alexander were once held here adds a unique historical significance to the fortress. The angel figure on the dome of the cathedral inside the fortress greets all guests with compassion.
