Bansko Tour 4 Nights

- Guests participating in the tour are required to have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa or a Bulgarian visa for the duration of the tour. (Green Passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.)
- It is sufficient to carry Euros for shopping and expenses in all countries included in the program during the tour. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions where local currency is used.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is useful to have a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
- In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily for seat planning, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a minimum 1-night stay requirement to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.
- Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may make changes to the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places mentioned in the program are shown.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If there are less than 30 days left to the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and if there are 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. Hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc., obtained from authorities in Turkey and presented with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services to be received outside of Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by EMC Tur.
- In cases where the hotel(s) are not specified by name in the tour program and only category information is provided and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by EMC Tur 2 days before the trip departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by EMC Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds known as folding and coach beds, the 3rd person and/or child tour participant is deemed to have accepted the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults who fits the age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, which is called a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours that do not include museum or archaeological site entrances, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle. EMC Tur is not responsible for the non-realization of the aforementioned tours if they cannot take place due to roads closed by local authorities or due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, including other tours mentioned in the program. Some tours can be carried out by public transport or on foot within the possibilities in areas where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
- Waiting times at customs gates passed by road during the trip may exceed standards, and EMC Tur cannot be held responsible for any negativity caused by these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local EMC Tur from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, the excursions cannot be held, or the extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers are left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal procedures and must be performed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airports before the flight or online on the websites of the airline companies.
- EMC Tur is not responsible for the inability of persons who do not show up at the specified airport at the times notified by EMC Tur for tour participation, who do not perform check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who perform check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, to carry out the flight. All expenses that will arise regarding the new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region to be visited, which will be necessary for those who miss the flight to join the tour, belong to them.
- EMC Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. EMC Tur is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time changes. Children between 0-2 years old do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
- The vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. The vehicle types below are assigned according to the number of people in each of our tours.
