IMPORTANT NOTES

• Outgoing Tour acts as an intermediary between airlines and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight details may change before the flight; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of time changes.
• Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation below 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by Outgoing Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Outgoing Tour reserves the right to change the tour route, provided that the content remains the same, when deemed necessary.
• There is a visa application for Turkish citizens. For visa application, it is required to apply with the documents specified by our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip. Although the necessary documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to refuse the visa by stating or not stating a reason, or to grant a visa start date after the tour departure date. The service fee for the applied visa is not refunded. There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such situations; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Our guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their passport issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
• Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• -In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required to renew the mentioned passports and, if it is a country that applies for a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• -Since there is a possibility that the police officer on duty at the country entry/exit may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when our guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of at most 2-3 hours that do not include museum or archaeological site entrances, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for the non-realization of the mentioned tours if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be performed due to roads closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to perform the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot within the possibilities in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
• The minimum number of participants for this package tour is 40 people for each hotel category. If the number of people participating in the package tour is not sufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
• Triple rooms can be provided according to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and coach beds, the 3rd person and/or child participating in the tour are deemed to have accepted the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child who fits the age group and stays with 2 adults.
• The timing of Extra Tours during the day may vary according to the opening/closing and reservation hours of the places to be visited, provided that the content does not change.
