ISTANBUL – PRAGUE

We meet our valued guests at the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal, in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at 08:30. After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Prague at 11:30 with Ajet Airlines flight VF 335. Arrival at the airport at 12:10 local time. Upon our arrival, we begin our Panoramic Prague City Tour. The Lesser Town, the garden of the Franz Kafka Museum, the Narrow Street, the Charles IV Bridge, the Old Town Square, the Hradcany Castle District, the Presidential Palace, the St. Vitus Cathedral—which took 600 years to build and incorporates Neo-Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque features—the Charles Bridge built in the 13th century by Chief Architect Peter Parler featuring 30 statues of saints, the Old Town Square, the historic Astronomical Clock tower built in the 15th century with its 12 Apostles, and the TYN Church are among the places to be visited. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. After some rest, for our guests who wish, we offer the Vltava River and Christmas Markets Tour (80 Euros). This special tour, where we will experience the Christmas spirit of Prague and the unique views of the Vltava together, offers a delightful experience for our guests who want to explore the city in the winter season. We start our tour with the Christmas Markets to discover the enchanting Christmas atmosphere of Prague. We take a pleasant walk among the colorful lights, the magnificent Christmas tree, and the beautiful wooden stalls decorating the city's historic squares. Especially while exploring the Old Town Square and the surrounding markets, we have the opportunity to experience traditional handicrafts, souvenirs, and delicious local tastes. After our tour, we depart for our boat tour on the Vltava River, which includes an open buffet meal. The magnificent view created by the reflection of the evening lights of Prague—often called the Crystal City, located on the banks of the Vltava, one of the elegant tributaries of the Elbe, one of Europe's longest rivers—will add a completely different flavor to our open buffet dinner on the river. After our tour, we return to the hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 2 – PRAGUE

After breakfast at our hotel, the day is free. For our guests who wish, there is an optional Karlovy Vary Tour (70 Euros). On this tour, you can shop at discounted prices in shops where precious stones are exhibited and have the opportunity to see and recognize many valuable gems. After some free time, we continue our journey to Karlovy Vary, the city famous for its thermal springs in the Czech Republic, with the pleasant narrations of your guide. There are 12 thermal springs in the city with temperatures ranging between 30-72°C. A city tour is conducted during our trip. We will see the hotel where Atatürk stayed in 1918, the houses of Mozart, Goethe, Beethoven, and Pushkin, and visit the thermal galleries where 12 different thermal waters emerge. You will also have the opportunity to shop at sales stores selling crystal, porcelain, garnet, amber stones, and other traditional Czech souvenirs. After our Karlovy Vary tour, there is free time in Prague. In the evening, you can join the optional Czech Night entertainment and dinner tour organized by your guide (90 Euros). On the optional Czech night tour organized by your guide in the evening, your night begins with a warm honey wine (medovina) treat in the rustic setting of a traditional architectural Koliba, where Czech social life is experienced in the enchanting atmosphere of Prague. Then, colorful folk costumes, live music, fun dance shows, food, and unlimited local drinks await you. Experience traditional Czech culture in a night full of dance, music, and flavor! You won't just watch at the Koliba; perhaps you will find yourself on the dance floor! Feel the true Czech hospitality and taste the spirit of Prague while learning about traditions, dances, and instruments. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 3 – PRAGUE

After breakfast at our hotel, the day is free. Our guests who wish can join the Dresden & Terezin Camp Tour (110 Euros). We start our tour by departing for Dresden. Dresden, one of Germany's important centers of culture and art, is known as the "Florence of the Elbe" due to its magnificent historical structures and its location on the banks of the Elbe. During our city tour, we explore the historic Old Town area; we panoramically see the city's iconic points such as the Zwinger Palace, Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), the Cathedral, Altmarkt Square, and the Brühl Terrace. We experience the enchanting atmosphere of Dresden with its historical texture, impressive squares, and architecture.

After our trip, we move to Terezin, a town of historical importance in the Czech Republic. Built as a fortress in the 18th century, Terezin was used by the Nazi administration as a concentration and transit camp during World War II. During our visit to the Terezin Memorial and the Small Fortress, we see the traces of what happened here during the war years up close and witness the sorrowful history of the region.

After our tour, which extends from the magnificent architecture of Dresden to the deep and thought-provoking history of Terezin, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 4 – PRAGUE – ISTANBUL

After breakfast and checking out of the rooms, we transfer to Prague Airport. After completing baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 13:10 with Ajet Airlines scheduled flight VF336. Our tour ends with our arrival at 17:45 local time.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Outgoing Tour acts as an intermediary between the airlines and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight details may change before the flight; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of time changes.
  • Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation of less than 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be carried out by metro.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by Outgoing Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Outgoing Tour reserves the right to change the tour route, provided that the content remains the same, when deemed necessary.
  • There is a visa application for Turkish citizens. For visa application, it is necessary to apply with the documents specified by our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip. Although the necessary documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to refuse the visa with or without stating a reason, or to grant a visa starting on a date after the tour departure date. The service fee for the applied visa is not refunded. There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such situations; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • Our guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their passport issuance date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
  • Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • -In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similar damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the mentioned passports and, if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • -Since there is a possibility that the police officer on duty may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents during country entry-exit when our guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for the non-realization of the aforementioned tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be performed due to roads being closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot within the possibilities in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
  • The minimum number of participants for this package tour is 40 people for each hotel category. If the number of people participating in the package tour is not sufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
  • Triple rooms can be provided according to the availability of the hotels, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and coach beds, the 3rd person and/or child participating in the tour are deemed to have accepted the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child who fits the age group and stays with 2 adults.
  • The timing of the Extra Tours during the day may vary according to the opening/closing and reservation hours of the places to be visited, provided that the content does not change.
