Day 1 – ISTANBUL – ZURICH - MULHOUSE

We meet our valued guests at 08:30 in front of the Ajet Airlines counter at the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal. After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Zurich at 11:55 with Ajet Airlines flight VF 53. Arrival at the airport at 13:05 local time. Upon arrival, we begin our Panoramic Zurich City Tour. During our city tour in Zurich, the financial and lifestyle hub of Switzerland, we will have the opportunity to discover the historical and modern texture of the city together. After a walk along Bahnhofstrasse, one of the most prestigious shopping streets in the world, we will see the Fraumünster Church, famous for its unique stained glass windows by Marc Chagall. Later, St. Peter's Church, which has one of the largest clock faces in Europe, and the Grossmünster Cathedral, one of the symbols of Zurich, will be seen panoramically. During our tour, we will walk through the historical districts along the Limmat River to feel the fascinating atmosphere of the city closely and have the opportunity to discover the cultural and architectural richness of Zurich. After our tour, we return to the hotel. Our guests who wish may join the extra Colmar Christmas Markets Tour (60 Euro) to be organized by our guide in the evening. During our tour in Colmar, one of the most fascinating cities in the Alsace region of France, we will discover the Christmas markets famous for their fairy-tale atmosphere. The city, which resembles a postcard with its colorful half-timbered houses, narrow streets, and sparkling decorations, offers its visitors an unforgettable experience during the Christmas period. In the Christmas markets set up in the historical city center, we will have the opportunity to see handmade souvenirs, local Alsace products, Christmas decorations, and regional delicacies. During our trip, accompanied by the romantic atmosphere of the Little Venice (Petite Venise) district, we will feel the Christmas spirit intensely and have the opportunity to discover one of the most beautiful Christmas destinations in Europe. Day 2 – FREIBURG – KAYSERSBERG – EGUISHEIM – RIQUEWIHR - MULHOUSE

After breakfast at our hotel, the day is free. Our guests who wish may join the “Freiburg – Kaysersberg – Eguisheim – Riquewihr” Tour (110 Euro). We start our tour by departing for Freiburg, located in the southwest of Germany, at the foothills of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald). We begin our panoramic city tour in Freiburg, one of the most beautiful cities in Germany with its historical texture, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere. During our tour, we will explore the historical center of the city, Altstadt, and see the magnificent Freiburg Cathedral (Freiburger Münster), one of the most important symbols of Freiburg. While walking through the streets accompanied by historical buildings and traditional architecture, we will also have the opportunity to see the Bächle, the small water channels unique to Freiburg, up close. As part of our city tour, Rathausplatz, Augustinerplatz, and Martinstor, one of the historical city gates of Freiburg, are among the important points to be seen. After our pleasant walk in the historical center, we will have free time for shopping and exploring the city individually. During our free time for shopping, you can shop at the stores and boutiques located in Freiburg's lively pedestrian zone; you can discover clothing, shoes, cosmetics, souvenirs, and local products. We will enjoy shopping and free time accompanied by the city's unique atmosphere. At the designated time, we gather at the meeting point, bid farewell to Freiburg, and set off for our next stop, Kaysersberg. Time seems to turn back centuries in Ribeauvillé, famous for its medieval walls, historical towers, and traditional Christmas events. Then, we move on to Kaysersberg, one of the most romantic towns in Alsace. This fascinating town, where Nobel Peace Prize winner Albert Schweitzer was born, fascinates its visitors with its stone bridges, colorful wooden houses, and brightly decorated Christmas markets. After our Kaysersberg tour, we head to Eguisheim, hidden among the Alsace vineyards. Eguisheim, which is among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and was chosen as the “Favorite Village of France” in 2013, is one of the most impressive settlements in the Alsace region with its colorful half-timbered houses, narrow streets decorated with flowers, and unique circular city plan. This cute village, which turns into a living fairy tale during the Christmas period, offers its visitors unforgettable photo frames and unique memories.

 

On the last stop of our tour, we move to Riquewihr, one of the most fascinating villages of Alsace. With its half-timbered houses, flower-decorated streets, and medieval texture surrounded by walls, Riquewihr is like an open-air museum. During our trip here, we will feel this unique atmosphere closely by walking along the old walls of the village and seeing the ruins of Riquewihr Castle.

After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
 

Day 3 – BADEN-BADEN – STRASBOURG - MULHOUSE

After breakfast at our hotel, the day is free. For our guests who wish, Baden-Baden & Strasbourg Tour (120 Euro). We set off for Baden-Baden, a city in Germany known for its elegance and exclusive lifestyle. Established at the foothills of the Black Forest, Baden-Baden has been one of the destinations preferred by the European aristocracy for centuries with its historical thermal facilities, magnificent parks, and stylish atmosphere. After our trip in the city center, we move to Strasbourg, known as the Christmas Capital of France. With its historical city center on the UNESCO World Heritage List, half-timbered houses, narrow streets, and canals, Strasbourg offers its visitors a unique atmosphere. During our city tour, the Petite France District, Notre Dame Cathedral, Gutenberg Square, and the historical city center will be seen. Later, we give free time to explore the Strasbourg Christmas Market, one of the oldest Christmas markets in Europe. You will fully experience the Christmas spirit accompanied by the giant Christmas tree rising in the center of the city, squares decorated with hundreds of lights, and stands keeping Alsace traditions alive. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 – ZURICH – ISTANBUL

After breakfast and checking out of the rooms, transfer to Zurich Airport. After completing baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 14:05 with Ajet Airlines scheduled flight VF54. Our tour ends with our arrival at 19:05 local time.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Outgoing Tour acts as an intermediary between the airlines and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details may change before the flight; all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of schedule changes.
  • Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation below 15 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be carried out by metro.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by Outgoing Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Outgoing Tour reserves the right to change the tour route, provided that the content remains the same, when deemed necessary.
  • There is a visa application for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, it is necessary to apply to our agency with the documents specified, along with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip. Although the necessary documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, it is possible for the consulate to refuse the visa with or without stating a reason, or to grant a visa starting from a date after the tour departure date. The service fee for the applied visa is not refunded. There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such situations; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Our guests who will travel with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their passport issuance date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
  • Having a visa does not mean that you can enter the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • - In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the mentioned passports, and if it is a country that requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • - Since there is a possibility that the police officer on duty at the country's entry/exit points may ask for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when our guests under the age of 18 travel alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity in this regard.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically by guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for the inability to perform the aforementioned tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out due to roads being closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible to perform due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible, in case of closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • The minimum number of participants for this package tour is 40 people for each hotel category. In case the number of people participating in the package tour is not sufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
  • Triple rooms can be provided according to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and coach beds, the 3rd person and/or child participating in the tour are deemed to have accepted the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child who fits the age group and stays with 2 adults.
  • The timing of Extra Tours during the day may vary according to the opening/closing and reservation times of the places to be visited, provided that the content does not change.
