IMPORTANT NOTES

• Outgoing Tour acts as an intermediary between airlines and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. Flight details may change before the flight, and all times must be reconfirmed 48 hours before departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting the risk of schedule changes.
• Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case of participation under 15 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro.
• In cases where hotel names are not specified in the tour program, only category information is given and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Outgoing Tour 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Outgoing Tour reserves the right to change the tour itinerary provided that the content remains the same, in cases deemed necessary.
• There is a visa application requirement for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, it is necessary to apply through our agency with the specified documents and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the travel. Even though the necessary documents are submitted to the consulate during the visa application, the consulate may issue a visa rejection with or without stating a reason, or grant a visa starting date after the tour departure date. No refund is made for the applied visa service fee. Green passport holders do not have a visa requirement, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour departure date is sufficient. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry to the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for such situations, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• If the issuance date of the passports of our guests traveling with Turkish green passports is older than 10 years; they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be performed by the airline company from Türkiye. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Green passport holders do not have a visa requirement, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the travel is sufficient.
• Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry to the country is guaranteed, the passport police have the authority to deny you entry to the country. Outgoing Tour is not responsible for this situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• In order not to experience problems with the customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the mentioned passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty for a document showing the joint consent of the mother and father during country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we advise our guests under 18 and their parents to show sensitivity in this regard.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with the guide's narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of Outgoing Tour if they cannot be performed due to roads not being allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to perform the tour. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, depending on the possibilities, in areas where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
• The minimum number of participants for this package tour is 40 people for each hotel category. If the number of people participating in the package tour is not sufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
• Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out beds and beds called coach beds, the 3rd person participating in the tour and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the congestion and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults – matching the age group.
• The timings of optional tours during the day may vary depending on the opening, closing and reservation times of the places to be visited, provided that the content does not change.
