• Participating guests are strictly required to have a Multi-Entry Schengen visa valid throughout the tour duration. (Green Passport holders are exempt from the visa.)
• Having Euros is sufficient to make purchases and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour. In regions where the local currency is used, the Guide will assist in currency exchange.
• Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is useful to have a cardigan or similar clothing with you for the night.
• In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) application is made daily in the seat planning, and fixed seat and front seat guarantees are not given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
• There is a minimum 1-night accommodation requirement to bring goods (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.
• Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter Alcoholic beverage (excluding wine and champagne containing more than 22% alcohol), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters Alcoholic beverage (including wine and champagne containing less than 22% alcohol), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
• Depending on weather and road conditions, guides can make changes in the program flow, provided that they show every place specified in the program.
• The Travel Assurance Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with the right of unconditional uninterrupted cancellation up to 7 days before the travel date. There is no refund if not used. If the cancellation assurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If there are less than 30 days left until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if there are 20 days or less left, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc., obtained from authorities in Turkey submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted in the cancellation of hotels and services they will stay outside Turkey.
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 25 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by EMC Tur.
• In cases where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by EMC Tur 2 days before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by EMC Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called fold-away and coach beds, the 3rd person and/or child participating in the tour are deemed to have declared that they accept the crowding and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults – matching the age group.
• Breakfasts included in the tour package are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee called continental breakfast, and can be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are maximum 2-3 hour tours organized for the general introduction of cities and made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum or historical site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place due to roads not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to perform the tour, EMC Tur is not responsible for the failure to make the said tours. Some tours can be made by public transport or on foot within the possibilities at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Waiting times at customs gates passed by road during travel may exceed standards, and EMC Tur cannot be held responsible for negativities arising from these waiting times.
• Optional tours are organized by the local EMC Tur from which we receive service with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If the sufficient number cannot be achieved, trips cannot be made, or optional trip prices, content, and the vehicle to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
• Optional tours depend on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers are dropped off at the highway rest facility before the optional tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• Check-in and boarding procedures that must be made for people participating in tours with flights are personal transactions, and it is mandatory for the guest to make them before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the websites of airline companies.
• EMC Tur is not responsible for the failure of people to perform the flight who are not present at the specified airport at the hours notified by EMC Tur for participation in the tour, who do not have check-in and boarding procedures done on time, or who have check-in and boarding procedures done on time but do not board the plane. All expenses that will occur for new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the region to be visited, which will be necessary for people who missed the plane to join the tour, belong to them.
• EMC Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. EMC Tur is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time change. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fee.
• Vehicle Types Used in Our Tours are classified as follows according to the Number of Persons. The vehicle types below are assigned according to the number of people in each of our tours.
