• Participating guests must have a Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa valid throughout the tour duration. (Green Passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.)
• Having Euros is sufficient for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour. In regions where the local currency is used, the Guide will assist with currency exchange.
• Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is useful to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
• In our weekly tours, a daily rotation (seat change) application is made in seat planning, and fixed seat or front seat guarantees are not given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
• There is a mandatory accommodation requirement of at least 1 day in order to bring goods (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.
• Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter Alcoholic beverages (excluding wine and champagne containing more than 22% alcohol), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters Alcoholic beverages (including wine and champagne containing less than 22% alcohol), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
• Depending on weather and road conditions, guides can make changes to the program flow, provided that they show all places specified in the program.
• Travel Assurance Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage. It cannot be added afterwards. It provides the guest with the unconditional right to unconditional and uninterrupted cancellation up to 7 days before the travel date. If not used, there is no refund. If the cancellation assurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to free cancellation up to 30 days before. A 30% penalty is applied if there are less than 30 days left until the tour date, and a 100% penalty is applied if there are 20 days or less left. Documents such as hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc., obtained from authorities in Turkey submitted along with the participant's cancellation request, unfortunately, are not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services to be received outside of Turkey.
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by EMC Tur.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by EMC Tur 2 days before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by EMC Tur 15 days before the tour departure date
• Triple rooms can be given depending on the availability of the hotels, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and coach bed, tour participant 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion and bed type that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults - matching the age group.
• Breakfasts included in the tour package at the hotel are presented in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee called continental breakfast, and can be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and historical site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place due to roads not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible to perform, EMC Tur is not responsible for the failure to make the said tours. Some tours can be made by public transportation or on foot as far as possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Waiting times at customs gates passed by road during travel may exceed standards, and EMC Tur cannot be held responsible for negativities arising from these waiting times.
• Optional tours are organized by the local EMC Tur we receive service from with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If the sufficient number cannot be provided, excursions cannot be made or optional excursion prices, content, and vehicles to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
• Optional tours depend on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait in a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers are left at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
• Check-in and boarding procedures that must be made for people participating in tours with flights are personal procedures, and it is mandatory for the guest to make them before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or on-line from the websites of airline companies.
• EMC Tur is not responsible for the failure of flights of people who are not ready at the specified airport at the hours notified by EMC Tur for participation in the tour, who do not have check-in and boarding procedures done on time, who have check-in and boarding procedures done on time but do not board the plane. All expenses that will occur for new round-trip plane tickets and their transfers in the region to be visited, which will be necessary for people who miss the plane to join the tour, belong to them.
• EMC Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the September 28, 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. EMC Tur is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children between 0-2 years old do not pay airport tax and airport service fee.
• Vehicle Types Used in Our Tours are classified according to the Number of Persons as follows. The vehicle types below are assigned according to the number of people in each tour.

• All guests are deemed to have carried out the sale of the tour by accepting the articles specified above.
