Important Notes:
• For this tour, a passport valid for at least 6 months covering the minimum tour duration is required.
• Atlas International acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
• At the time of registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. No-show costs arising from flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• The city where the flight lands may vary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and potential delays caused by airlines.
• Airline rules apply to group tickets, and as per the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the destination countries, this allowance may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Atlas International.
• If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and there may be changes to the tour itinerary.
