Day 3 Osaka – Nara & Todaiji Temple, Kobe Mosaic and China Town – Osaka

After breakfast at the hotel, we join the Magnificent Nara Deer Park & Todaiji Temple, Kobe Mosaic and China Town Tour. Todaiji Temple is a historical structure located in Nara, Japan, and considered one of the country's most important Buddhist temples. Built in the 8th century in 752, the temple is situated in the heart of Nara, one of Japan's former capitals. Todaiji is especially famous for Daibutsu (The Great Buddha), the world's largest bronze Buddha statue. This colossal statue is displayed inside the Daibutsuden (Great Buddha Hall) located at the center of the temple. At the same time, this hall stands out as one of the largest wooden structures in the world. The temple is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and offers profound insights into Japanese culture and Buddhism. After our tour, we visit Nara Deer Park, a large park in the center of Nara. Nara Deer Park (Nara Park) is a large park located in Nara, Japan, famous for the hundreds of deer roaming freely. Established in 1880, this park attracts millions of tourists every year with both its natural beauty and cultural richness. Approximately 1,000 "sika" deer, a Japanese deer species, live in the park, and these deer are considered sacred by local people. According to legend, deer were placed under protection because a god came to Nara in the form of a deer in ancient times. Visitors can buy special deer crackers called "shika senbei" from the stalls in the park to feed these cute animals. The deer are quite accustomed to tourists and are also famous for occasionally bowing slightly as if greeting. Next, we set out to explore Kobe, Japan's sixth-largest city with a population of approximately 1.5 million. Blending modern urban fabric with traditional Japanese culture, this port city offers visitors a pleasant trip with its elegant atmosphere and orderly city structure. Our first stop is Kobe Mosaic, one of the most popular spots in the harbor area. Positioned by the sea, this dining and shopping complex is one of the liveliest areas of the city with its colorful shops, restaurants, and panoramic harbor views. During our free time here, guests who wish can find the opportunity to taste Kobe beef, the world-renowned gourmet delicacy of Kobe. Kobe beef, one of Japan's most exclusive meats, offers an unforgettable experience for gastronomy enthusiasts with its tender texture and intense aroma. Continuing our day, we visit Nankinmachi (China Town), which was established in 1868 and holds the distinction of being Japan's first and largest Chinatown. With its streets decorated with red lanterns, decorative gates, enticing aromas of street food, and vibrant atmosphere, Nankinmachi allows visitors to experience different colors of Asian culture together. During our pleasant walk here, we will have plenty of time for both shopping and photography. After this unforgettable exploratory tour in the colorful streets, we complete our tour and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 Osaka- Kyoto

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will join the Magnificent Kyoto (Arashiyama Bamboo Forest & Kinkakuji – Kiyomizudera and Fushimi Temples & Gion) Tour. We set off for Kyoto, Japan's former capital and one of the best-preserved centers of traditional culture, famous for its temples, gardens, and traditional neighborhoods. Following our journey of approximately 1 hour, we start our city tour. The city of Kyoto, which was the only place in Japan not bombed during World War II, is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We start our city tour with the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. The Arashiyama Bamboo Forest is one of the most iconic tourist spots located in Kyoto, showcasing the fascinating beauty of nature. Located in the Arashiyama region, this bamboo grove enchants its visitors with its peaceful atmosphere, especially when visited in the early morning or at sunset. The narrow walking paths extending among the tall, slender, and lush green bamboos offer both an experience intertwined with nature and create unique views for photography enthusiasts. The bamboo forest will welcome us with a 500-meter walking track. During this walk along the track, we will experience pleasant moments with the sound of the wind reaching through the bamboos. Afterwards, our next stop is the Kinkakuji Temple. Also known as the "Golden Pavilion Temple", this structure was built in the 14th century as a villa for Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu and was converted into a Zen temple after his death. The most striking feature of the temple is that its upper two floors are completely covered with gold leaf; when this magnificent view reflects on the Kyoko-chi (Mirror Pond) in front of the temple, the scenery becomes almost fairytale-like. Kinkakuji arouses admiration in its visitors not only with its architecture, but also with its carefully landscaped Japanese garden and peaceful nature surrounding it. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this temple is one of Kyoto's most visited and photographed historical structures. Kinkakuji, which is both culturally and visually fascinating, is among the must-see places for everyone visiting Japan. After our tour, we move to Kiyomizu-dera. Kiyomizu-dera Temple is a famous Buddhist temple of great importance both historically and architecturally. Founded in 780, the temple is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and takes its name from the pure water spring nearby; "Kiyomizu" means "pure water" in Japanese. Just below the main hall is the Otowa Waterfall, and its waters flow from 3 channels into a pond. According to belief, these channels symbolize wisdom, health, and longevity, respectively. After our tour, we will explore Gion, the geisha district, and then transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
