Important Notes:

• For this tour, a passport valid for 6 months covering the minimum tour duration is required.
• Atlas International acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
• At the time of registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous information will be reflected to the guests.
• The city where the plane will land may vary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and possible delays made by airlines.
• Airline rules apply to group tickets, and in accordance with group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• Baggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination countries, this weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Atlas International.
• If the number of participants for the package tour is not sufficient, tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and changes may occur in the tour itinerary. City sightseeing tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be held on another day other than the specified day/days for any reason at the initiative of the guide.

• Optional tours can be operated provided that there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if there is less participation, they can be operated at the initiative of the guide and with modified prices if necessary. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for the failure to operate these trips or tours.
• En-route optional tours take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be made to wait at the break spot.
• Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason will not be operated. Atlas International cannot be held responsible for the failure to operate these tours or excursions.
• Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.          
• Atlas International reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names specified in the programs are et cetera (or similar) and written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided in the specified named hotel.
• An extra bed application is available for triple rooms; the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional rollaway/folding bed.
• In cases where children under 18 years of age, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consent letters required for tour participation with them during travel.
