- Extra tours are carried out if sufficient participation is achieved. Guests who do not participate in the extra tours will have free time at a suitable rest facility on the route determined by our guide during the duration of the extra tour. Extra tour prices do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees; unless specifically stated otherwise in the program, entrance fees belong to our guests.
- The airline has the right to change flight times. Flight times specified in the program must be checked before the tour departure date. The tour operator cannot be held responsible for any changes that may be made by local authorities to the dates, times, areas, or event programs of Christmas markets.
- It is sufficient to have Euros for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is useful to have a cardigan or similar clothing with you for the evening.
- In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) practice is applied in daily seat planning, and no guarantee of fixed seats or front seats is given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a mandatory minimum stay of 1 day to bring goods (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.
- Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may make changes to the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that they show all the places mentioned in the program.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If there are less than 30 days left until the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and if there are 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. Hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc., obtained from authorities in Turkey and submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services to be received outside of Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by EMC Tur.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by EMC Tur 2 days before the trip departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by EMC Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
- 3-person rooms can be provided according to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called opening-closing and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for a single child who fits the age group and stays with 2 adults.
- Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour package, are presented in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and usually with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, which is called a continental breakfast, and can be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. EMC Tur is not responsible for the failure to perform the aforementioned tours if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be realized due to roads closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to perform the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours can be done by public transport or on foot within the possibilities in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
- Waiting times at customs gates passed by road during the trip may exceed standards, and EMC Tur cannot be held responsible for any negativity arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local EMC Tur from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the sufficient number cannot be achieved, the trips cannot be made, or the extra trip prices, content, and vehicle to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the way. These passengers are left at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures that must be performed for people participating in tours with flights are personal procedures and must be performed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airports before the flight or online on the websites of the airline companies.
- EMC Tur is not responsible for the inability of people who do not show up at the specified airport at the times notified by EMC Tur for tour participation, who do not perform check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who perform check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, to carry out the flight. All costs that will arise regarding the new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region to be visited, which will be necessary for the people who missed the flight to join the tour, belong to them.
- EMC Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. EMC Tur is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time changes. Children between 0-2 years old do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. The vehicle types below are assigned according to the number of people in each of our tours.
