• Participating guests are strictly required to have a Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa valid throughout the tour duration. (Green Passport holders are exempt from the visa.)
• Having Euros is sufficient for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour. The guide will assist in currency exchange in regions where local currency is used.
• Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred throughout the trip. It is useful to have a cardigan or similar clothing with you for the night.
• In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) application is carried out in the daily seating plan, and a fixed seat and front seat guarantee is not given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
• There is a mandatory minimum stay of 1 day to bring goods (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad.
• Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 pieces, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg 
• Tour guides may make changes to the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places mentioned in the program are shown.
• The Travel Assurance Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage. It cannot be added afterwards. It provides the guest with the right of unconditional uninterrupted cancellation up to 7 days before the travel date. It is non-refundable if not used. If the cancellation assurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to free cancellation up to 30 days before. In case of less than 30 days remaining to the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports, workplace leave documents, etc., obtained from authorities in Turkey submitted along with the participant's cancellation request unfortunately cannot be accepted for the cancellation of hotels to be stayed at and services to be received outside of Turkey.
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 25 people.  If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by EMC Tur.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying the name of the hotel in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by EMC Tur 2 days before the trip departure.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by EMC Tur 15 days before the tour departure date
• Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called open-close and coach beds, the 3rd person and/or child participating in the tour are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for a single child staying with 2 adults - matching the age group.
• Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour package, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being in and with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, generally called continental breakfast, and can be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of cities, made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum and site entrances. EMC Tur is not responsible for the failure of the mentioned tours to take place if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, do not take place due to roads not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and hour corresponding to the tour, or closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to hold the tour. Some tours can be made by public transport or on foot within the possibilities at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Waiting times at customs gates passed by road during travel may exceed standards, and EMC Tur cannot be held responsible for negative situations arising from these waiting times.
• Optional tours are organized by our local service-receiving EMC Tur with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, excursions cannot be made or optional excursion prices, content, and vehicles to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
• Optional tours are optional for the participant and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait in a suitable resting facility on the way. These passengers are dropped off at the road-side rest facility before the optional tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• Check-in and boarding procedures that must be made for people participating in tours by plane are personal procedures and must be done by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at airports or on-line from the websites of airline companies.
• EMC Tur is not responsible for people who do not ready themselves at the specified airport at the hours notified by EMC Tur to participate in the tour, do not have check-in and boarding procedures done on time, or who have check-in and boarding procedures done on time but do not board the plane and thus cannot perform the flight. All expenses that will arise regarding the new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the region to be visited, which will be necessary for people who miss the plane to join the tour, belong to them.
• EMC Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the September 28, 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. EMC Tur is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of hour changes. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
• Vehicle Types Used in Our Tours are classified as follows according to the Number of Persons. The vehicle types below are assigned according to the number of persons in each tour.

• All guests are deemed to have completed the sale of the tour by accepting the above-mentioned items.
