Day 1

DAY 1 | FETHIYE - RHODES
Following the check-in and passport procedures at the Fethiye departure port at the specified time, departure for Rhodes by high-speed ferry (catamaran) at 08:25 in the morning. After arrival at Rhodes Port at 09:55, transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. Free time after settling into the hotel. Guests who wish can walk in the Rhodes Old Town area, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, see the Street of the Knights, and spend time around Mandraki Harbor for the rest of the day. Overnight at our hotel.
 
DAY 2 | RHODES
Free time all day after breakfast. Guests who wish can spend the day in the historical center, see the surroundings of the Palace of the Grand Masters, wander the narrow streets within the walls, and spend time in local cafes and shops. Guests who want to enjoy the sea can choose the beaches close to the city center or go to the Kallithea area to experience both swimming and a pleasant coastal day. Overnight at our hotel.
 
DAY 3 | RHODES
Free time all day after breakfast. Guests who desire can walk along the coast, allocate time for shopping in the island center, or spend the day swimming. Guests who want to see a different route can go to Lindos and discover one of the island's most beautiful spots with its white houses, narrow streets, and sea view. Overnight at our hotel.
 
DAY 4 | RHODES
Free time all day after breakfast. Guests who wish can dedicate this day entirely to sea and coastal enjoyment, spend time on beaches close to the island center, or wander the pleasant streets of Rhodes and spend time in cafes and restaurants. Guests who desire can spend the day doing their last shopping and spending time around the harbor. Overnight at our hotel.
 
DAY 5 | RHODES – FETHIYE
Free time until the ferry time after vacating the rooms. Guests who wish can spend their last hours making a short walk in the old town, spending time around the coast, or shopping. Transfer to the port at the specified time. After passport and exit procedures, we depart for Fethiye port by high-speed ferry (catamaran) at 16:30. Arrival at Fethiye port at 18:00 and end of our package.

No visa is required for Turkish citizens. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return.

Cancellation and refund terms vary by tour operator and are provided in writing before booking.

  •      Package prices include round-trip ferry tickets, accommodation in the selected hotel category, and port–hotel–port transfers.
  •      Prices are calculated per person in a double room.
  •      Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
  •      If more than one hotel alternative is offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels to be accommodated in will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
  •      Changes may occur in hotels due to density; however, the hotel category will not change.
  •      Twin beds may be provided in some hotels. During hotel accommodation, room type change requests are at the hotel's initiative.
  •      There are no optional tours. The program is prepared on a free-time travel basis.
  •      Ferry times are subject to change due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In such cases, adjustments can be made to the program flow.
  •      City/climate taxes, personal expenses, lunches, dinners, and all expenses outside the scope of the package belong to the guests.
  •      We kindly request you to check the prices before the purchase transaction.
  •      Transportation time by ferry from Fethiye to Rhodes / from Rhodes to Fethiye is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  •      Gate visa / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package.
  •      Our company does not provide visa consultancy, application tracking, or intermediary services for Rhodes gate visa/Schengen visa applications.
  •      Guests requiring a gate visa can contact Tilos Travel, the ferry company providing transportation between Fethiye–Rhodes.
  •      Information regarding required documents, the application process, current fees, and other conditions must be obtained directly from the relevant company.

  •      Reminder: Guests who do not have a valid Schengen visa and will apply for a gate visa must submit the required documents to the relevant application unit / authorized institution at least 10 days before the trip. Problems may occur in the process for applications made less than this period. Therefore, we kindly ask that guests be informed to pay attention to the timeline.
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
     The ferry times specified in the program are obtained from the relevant ferry companies and may change depending on weather conditions, port operations, and operational reasons. In such cases, adjustments may be made to the program flow.
     The first name, surname, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and accurate as they appear in the passport. Name confirmation will not be made afterwards.
     Hotel vouchers and ferry tickets / reservation documents will be delivered to you shortly before the package departure date.
     All guests are obliged to keep their round-trip ferry reservation documents and hotel accommodation documents with them.
     It is recommended that our guests have their mobile phones enabled for international use.

ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
     Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed. It generally consists of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and fold-up. This arrangement is deemed to be accepted by the guest.
     Child discounts apply only to a single child staying in the same room with two adults and meeting the age criteria.
     Breakfasts offered in hotels may be in continental style according to the standards of the visited country.
     Although hotel check-in and check-out times may vary depending on facility density, the readiness of the rooms is at the hotel's initiative.

OTHER MATTERS
     Cancellation, refund, or change conditions may vary in promotional and early booking campaign packages.
     Our company acts as an intermediary in ferry, hotel, and transfer services, and in case of program changes arising from time changes, delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions that may originate from service provider companies, responsibility belongs to the relevant service provider.
     Delays or cancellations may occur in ferry services due to bad weather, sea conditions, port density, and official authority decisions.

VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
     A Gate Visa or a valid Schengen visa is required for Turkish citizens.
     Gate visa / Schengen visa fees are not included in the package price.
     For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the required documents must be prepared completely.
     It is important for our guests with green passports to check their passport validity periods.
     Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The entry decision is under the authority of border police.
     Our company is not responsible for problems that may occur due to worn, wet, or damaged passports.
     If guests under 18 will travel alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent letter is required.

The deposit depends on the tour and is shown during booking.

Yes, with a single room supplement.

Payments are converted to TRY at the rate on the payment date. Paid amounts are not affected by later changes.
