- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities, made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because they are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to roads closed for any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, EMC Tur is not responsible for the failure to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours can be made by public transport or on foot within the possibilities at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
- Waiting times at customs gates passed by road during travel may exceed standards, and EMC Tur cannot be held responsible for negativities caused by these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local EMC Tur from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, excursions cannot be made or extra excursion prices, contents, and vehicles to be used vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
- Extra tours depend on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable resting facility along the way. These passengers are left at the roadside resting facility before the extra tour starts and are picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures that must be made for people participating in tours with flights are personal procedures, and it is mandatory for the guest to make them before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airports or on-line from the websites of the airline companies.
