CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTY UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
For all package tours within the scope of the campaign, the right to free cancellation will be offered up to 30 days before the departure date. 

Cancellation conditions:
30 days and above: free cancellation
29 - 15 days: a cancellation penalty of 75% of the total amount will be applied,
14 - 0 days: a cancellation penalty of 100% of the total amount will be applied.
 

GENERAL INFORMATION

FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and the respective cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedule. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule changes.
The operations agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, the flight route announced as Nice/Lyon may be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENT
Guests are responsible for their own luggage at the airport, ports, and during round-trip transfers between the airport and the ports. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to take custody of luggage and cannot be held under any responsibility.
During your cruise, 2 of the dinners you will attend are formal dinners; for this, every male passenger who wishes to dine is required to have at least one suit, and female passengers are required to have at least 1 evening gown. The cruise company and the captain reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and port times before or during the tour. The contents specified in the program flow are for illustrative purposes.
The operations agency reserves the right to change tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will usually be pre-determined and numbered according to names depending on the cruise company, while some cruise companies will have open seating. On ships with pre-determined tables, everyone will sit at the pre-determined tables from the first evening's dinner to the last evening's dinner, and guests who wish have the right to have their dinners in other restaurants on the ship, subject to the arrangement of the ship's authorized personnel.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT ON BOARD
During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person for couples) is required to present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception while collecting cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization of 300 euros will be charged from each credit card. The reason for this is the expenses you will make inside the ship during the cruise after checking in. You will be able to make your expenses inside the ship using the magnetic cards given to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except the casino. You can check all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
The minimum participation number for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operations agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not reached. It can offer an alternative program to the guest.          

BAGGAGE & PORT RULES
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all luggage of our group will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket. You need to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by density and crowds and is under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is useful to put your essential needs in a small handbag and take it with you on the first day you board the ship.
The departure times of the ship must be strictly observed. Boarding the ship must be completed at least 60 minutes before our ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors until 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the luggage is located. We kindly request each of our guests to collect their own luggage by touching and checking it.

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
Travel abroad is not carried out with passports that are older than 10 years, even if they have validity remaining.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.

OTHER MATTERS
All guests are required to have their round-trip plane tickets and cruise tickets with them.
We recommend our guests to have their mobile phones enabled for international roaming.
Cancellation conditions are notified separately for each program within the content of the relevant program.
