ONBOARD PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
During check-in on board, without exception, each passenger (or 1 person per couple) must present a credit card or pay a cash deposit at the ship reception desk when receiving cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average pre-authorization of 300 euros will be charged per credit card. This is to cover personal expenses incurred on board during the cruise after check-in. You will be able to make onboard purchases using the magnetic cruise cards provided by the ship reception desk. Except for the casino, cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship. You can track all your onboard expenditures via the televisions in your cabins.

On the ship's departure day, luggage may not arrive at your staterooms until late in the evening. This is a common situation caused by high passenger volume and is solely under the ship's responsibility. Therefore, on the first day of boarding, it is recommended that you pack your essential needs in a small carry-on bag and keep it with you.
The ship's departure times must be strictly adhered to. Guests must board the ship at ports no later than 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. Our agency shall not be held responsible for such occurrences.
At the end of our cruise, you must pack your bags, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins the night before, and place them outside your cabin doors by 00:00 midnight. Following our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the baggage collection station.
