IMPORTANT NOTES TO KNOW
• Prices are calculated per person in a double room.
• Hotel standards in Italy may be lower than hotel standards in Turkey.
• Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
• If more than one hotel alternative is offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels to be accommodated will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
• Changes may occur in hotels due to density; however, the hotel category will not change.
• Twin beds may be provided in some hotels. Room type change requests during hotel accommodation are at the hotel's discretion.
• We kindly request you to check prices before purchasing.
ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. It generally consists of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and folding. This arrangement is deemed to be accepted by the guest.
Child discounts are valid for only one child who stays in the same room with two adults and meets the age criteria.
Breakfasts at hotels are served in continental style in accordance with the culture of the visited country and in some cases may be served in a separate room for groups.
VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
A Schengen visa is required for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, applications must be made through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the necessary documents.
Guests with green passports are required to renew their passports if their issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country or may not be allowed to board the flight.
Green passport holders are exempt from visa, but passports must have at least 6 months of validity.
Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The entry decision is at the discretion of border police. Our company is not responsible for this situation.
Our company is not responsible for any problems that may arise due to worn, wet, or damaged passports. Therefore, passports must be in appropriate condition.
If guests under the age of 18 will travel alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent letter is required. Problems may occur at country entry and exit without this document.
Tours & Excursions
Panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours lasting approximately 2–3 hours, conducted from inside the vehicle accompanied by guide narration. It does not cover museum and archaeological site entrances.
Tours may be canceled or their contents may be changed due to reasons such as restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Our company is not responsible for such situations. When necessary, tours can be carried out by public transport or on foot.
OTHER MATTERS
No cancellations or changes can be made on promotional and early reservation campaign tours.
Our company is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be delays and time changes in scheduled or private flights. These situations are deemed to have been accepted in advance by the guests. Children between 0–2 years old do not pay airport tax and service fee.
TOUR PARTICIPATION CONDITION
The tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation condition. In case sufficient participation cannot be achieved, cancellation information will be conveyed to you through your agency at least 21 days before the tour departure date.
