Day 1

DAY 01 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – HAMBURG – KIEL
Following our meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal at 04.00, we complete our check-in procedures and then depart for Hamburg at 06.50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1661. Upon our arrival in Hamburg at 08.50 local time, transfer to our ship located at the port of Kiel. Following the check-in and luggage procedures of our COSTA DIADEMA ship, settling into the cabins and then free time. Our guide will hold a meeting introducing the ship and our tours after boarding, and afterwards you can enjoy the ship until dinner time. Our ship will depart from the port at 19.30 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
DAY 02 COPENHAGEN
Our ship will dock at the port of Copenhagen at 10.00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, departure for the “Copenhagen City Tour” with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is located on Zealand, the country's largest island. Amalienborg Palace, located in the center of the city, is famous as the place where the royal family still resides today. Copenhagen, Europe's city with the highest living standards, also hosts a very colorful nightlife. Described as one of the top five best cities to live in the world, the places to see during our tour in Copenhagen include the city's symbol ‘The Little Mermaid’, Amalienborg, Christiansborg and Rosenborg Palaces, Gefion Fountain, Tivoli Gardens, the autonomous hippie district ‘Christiania’. Afterwards, free time in Nyhavn (New Port), the center of Copenhagen. Return to our ship after the tour. Our ship will leave the port at 18.00. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
DAY 03 CRUISING AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, our ship will offer you many alternatives. Those who wish can take advantage of the ship's indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Those who want can shop at duty-free shops, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy the various music and entertainment performed in dozens of bars. Different dining alternatives will also be waiting for you all day long.
 
DAY 04 HELLESYLT – GEIRANGER
Our ship will dock at the port of Hellesylt at 08.30 in the morning. After morning breakfast, departure for the “Hellesylt & Geiranger Tour” to be organized by our guide. Two charming villages at the fork at the end of Storfjord. Once the northern post office ports, today they are the favored northern cruise ports of Norwegian tourism, with an average of 180 port visits annually due to the difficulty of land transportation. We start our tour by greeting the Hellesylt Waterfall... Formerly defined as the post route going north, now a tourism center. First, we go to the viewpoint where we will see the Hellesylt fjord, photograph the fjord from there, and then hit the road. The Pregnant Stone and the stone bridge from the 1800s are our first stop. Then we go to Lake Hornindal, the deepest lake in Europe, and take a break there. After setting off again, our next stop is Stryn, one of the most lively cities in the region. After seeing the stone bridge in Stryn, where the royal family especially comes to fish, free time will be given for your shopping and coffee/meal. Afterwards, following a break we will give on the shores of Lake Djupvatnet, you will be enchanted by the view you will see from the terrace of Mount Dalsnibba at an altitude of 1476 m, if the weather is nice. Then we will stop at the Flydal viewpoint and this time photograph the Geiranger fjord. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19.30. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
DAY 05 BERGEN
Our ship will dock at the port of Bergen at 10.30 in the morning. After morning breakfast, departure for the "Bergen City Tour & Floien Funicular Tour" with our private vehicle waiting for us. Our exploration of this beautiful city, which was a trading and ship stop until 1830 and is currently under UNESCO World Heritage, will begin with the German Wharf, and continue with the Fish Market which will fascinate you with its beauty. Then we will return to the city center by seeing the Historical Hanseatic houses and the modern structures of the city. Afterwards, we will go up to Mt. Floien with Bergen's famous funicular and be able to see Bergen from a bird's eye view. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 20.30. Dinner and overnight on board.
 
DAY 06 HAUGESUND
Our ship will dock at the port of Haugesund at 07.00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, departure for the "Haugesund Waterfall Tour" to be organized by our guide. With our private bus waiting for us in front of the port, we go to Akrafjord, 1.5 hours away, to set off to get acquainted closely with the Langfoss Waterfall. 32 kilometers long and 650 meters deep, Akrafjord is home to the Langfoss Waterfall, voted one of the 10 most beautiful waterfalls in the world by National Geographic and CNN. In the summer months, the emerald green water and the forested slopes surrounding you offer you a visual feast almost. After feeling the powerful energy of the Langfoss Waterfall, we arrive in Haugesund accompanied by unique landscapes. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 15.00.
 
DAY 07 CRUISING AT SEA

DAY 08 KIEL/HAMBURG – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at the port of Kiel at 09.00. Following our morning breakfast, we complete our ship disembarkation procedures and move to the airport with our vehicle waiting for us. After our arrival at the airport, we carry out our check-in procedures and depart for Istanbul at 18.50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1664. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23.05 local time. FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedule. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes in the program due to any schedule changes.
The operation agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, it can change the flight route announced as Nice/Lyon to Marseille or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.    SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENTS
Guests are responsible for their own belongings during airport and port transfers, as well as round-trip transfers between the airport and ports. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage for safekeeping and cannot be held under any responsibility.
Two of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners; every male passenger who wishes to dine here is required to have at least one suit with him, and female passengers are required to have at least 1 evening dress.
The cruise company and captain reserve the right to make changes to the route and port times before or during the tour.
The contents specified in the program flow are for illustrative purposes. The operation agency reserves the right to change the tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are generally pre-determined and numbered according to names depending on the cruise company, while some cruise companies will operate on an open seating basis. On ships with pre-determined tables, everyone will sit at the designated tables from the first night's dinner to the last night's dinner, and guests who wish have the right to have their dinner in other restaurants of the ship, subject to the arrangement of the ship's authorized personnel.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT ON BOARD
During check-in on board, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person in couples) is required to present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception while collecting cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization hold of 300 euros will be drawn from each credit card. The reason for this is the expenses you will make inside the ship during the voyage after checking in. You will be able to make your expenses inside the ship with the magnetic cards to be given to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. You can view all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
The minimum participation number for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operation agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not reached. It can offer an alternative program to the guest.    BAGGAGE & PORT RULES
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you with your cruise ticket. You are required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of departure of the ship. This is a situation caused by density and crowd and is under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is useful to put your essential needs in a small hand bag and take it with you on the first day you board the ship.
The departure times of the ship must be strictly adhered to. Entry to the ship must be made at least 60 minutes before our ship's departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you are required to collect your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors until 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. We kindly request each of our guests to collect their own luggage by touching and checking it.

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
International travel is not permitted with passports that are older than 10 years, even if they have validity remaining.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.
Visa procedures for each program are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the relevant tour from that tour's program.    OTHER MATTERS
All guests are required to keep their round-trip plane tickets and cruise tickets with them.
We recommend our guests to have their mobile phones activated for international use.
Cancellation conditions are notified separately for each program in the content of the relevant program.
