DAY 1 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – CATANIA – ETNA
Meeting with our valued guests at Istanbul Airport Outbound Terminal at 03:00. After baggage drop, passport, and check-in procedures, departure for Catania with Turkish Airlines flight TK1393 at 07:00. Arrival in Catania at 08:25 local time. We depart for Etna with our vehicle waiting for us. While heading towards Etna, we have the opportunity to take magnificent photos of Mount Etna, which embraces us with its vegetation and scenery. While ascending Etna, the highest active volcanic mountain in Europe, we will see the Silvestri Craters on our way. We continue our tour amidst beautiful scenery in the region shaped by the lava of Mount Etna. After our Etna tour, we depart for our hotel. Following check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 2 SAVOCA – TAORMINA – GIARDINI NAXOS – CATANIA
After morning breakfast, we start our full-day tour at the time previously specified by our guide. In Savoca, we will see the locations where the world-famous movie "The Godfather" was filmed. Bar Vitelli and the Church of San Michele are among the places to visit. After walking through movie-like streets, we depart for Taormina, the pearl of the Ionian Sea and the most beautiful coastal town of Sicily. We visit this charming town with its unique scenery, location at the foot of Mount Tauro, streets, avenues, and souvenir shops. Then we move on to Giardini Naxos, famous for its captivating volcanic beach and colorful streets. You can take magnificent photos in this historical settlement founded in 734 BC as the first Greek colony of Sicily. Return to our hotel after the tour. Overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 3 SIRACUSA – CATANIA
After morning breakfast, we leave the hotel for our full-day Siracusa tour. In Siracusa, the city where the famous mathematician Archimedes lived, we see the Arethusa Fountain, Cathedral, Fountain of Diana, and the Temple of Apollo. Afterwards, we return to Catania. During our panoramic tour in Catania city center, the Duomo Cathedral, Fontana dell'Elefante, Republic Square (Piazza della Repubblica), and Etna Street are among the places to see. After free time, we return to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 4 CATANIA – MALTA – GOZO ISLAND – DWEJRA – TA’ PINU CHURCH – XLENDI – VICTORIA (RABAT) – MGARR
After an early morning breakfast, we hand over our room keys to the reception to complete our check-out procedures and depart for Catania Airport. Departure for Malta with KM Malta Airlines flight KM641 at 07:35. After arriving in Malta at 08:15 local time, we meet our guide and start our Gozo tour. We cross to Gozo Island by ferry from Cirkewwa Port. In Gozo, which offers peace with its green nature, we visit Dwejra, which hosted some scenes of the TV series "Game of Thrones". Then we move on to Ta’ Pinu Church, a place of pilgrimage. We will have the opportunity to taste local products such as honey, carob, liqueur, and cheese. Afterwards, we give free time in the fishing village of Xlendi. We see St. George's Basilica in Victoria (Rabat) and wander around the streets. After the tour, we return to Malta by ferry from Mġarr Port and transfer to our hotel. Following check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 5 MOSTA – MDINA (GAME OF THRONES) – VALLETTA – MARSAXLOKK
After breakfast, we complete our hotel check-out procedures and get on the bus with our luggage. We start our all-day tour. We visit the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady (Santa Maria Assunta) in Mosta, which has one of the largest unsupported domes in the world. Then we move on to Mdina, where scenes from the TV series "Game of Thrones" were filmed. After seeing historical structures such as the Cathedral, Vilhena Palace, and the Carmelite Church, we take a break at Fontanella Tea Garden. Afterwards, we explore the capital city, Valletta. Our last stop is Marsaxlokk Fishing Village. We spend pleasant time in the village famous for its colorful boats. Then transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines flight TK1372 at 19:30. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:00 local time and end of our tour.
