DAY 01 IZMIR ADNAN MENDERES AIRPORT – HAMBURG – KIEL
After meeting at 06.30 in front of the SunExpress counter at the International Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, we complete our check-in and passport procedures, and then depart for Hamburg at 08.15 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ852. After arriving in Hamburg at 10.45 local time, we transfer to our ship in the port of Kiel with our private vehicle waiting for us. After the check-in and luggage procedures for our COSTA DIADEMA ship, we settle into our cabins and have free time. Our guide will hold a meeting to introduce the ship and our tours after boarding, and then you can enjoy the ship until dinner. Our ship will depart from the port at 19.30. DAY 02 COPENHAGEN
Our ship will dock at the port of Copenhagen at 10.00 in the morning. After breakfast, we depart for the “Copenhagen City Tour” with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, is located on Zealand, the country's largest island. Amalienborg Palace, located in the city center, is famous as the place where the royal family still resides today. Copenhagen, the city with the highest living standards in Europe, also hosts a very colorful nightlife. During our tour of Copenhagen, which is defined as one of the five most livable cities in the world, we will first see the city's symbol, the 'Little Mermaid', Amalienborg, Christiansborg and Rosenborg Palaces, Gefion Fountain, Tivoli Gardens, the autonomous Hippie district, and 'Christiania'. Afterward, free time in Nyhavn (New Harbor), the center of Copenhagen. Return to our ship after the tour. Our ship will depart from the port at 18.00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 03 CRUISING AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, our ship will offer you many alternatives. Those who wish can take advantage of the ship's indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Those who wish can shop at duty-free stores, try their luck at the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment performed in dozens of bars. Different dining alternatives await you all day long.
DAY 04 HELLESYLT – GEIRANGER
Our ship will dock at the port of Hellesylt at 08.30 in the morning. After breakfast, we depart for the “Hellesylt & Geiranger Tour” organized by our guide. Two fascinating villages at the fork at the end of Storfjord. Once northern mail ports, today they are favorite cruise ports of Norwegian tourism in the north, with an average of 180 ship visits per year due to the difficulty of land transportation. We start our tour by greeting the Hellesylt Waterfall... First defined as the mail route to the north, now a tourism center. First, we go to the viewpoint where we will see the Hellesylt fjord, and after photographing the fjord from there, we set off. The pregnant stone and the stone bridge from the 1800s are our first stops. Then we go to Lake Hornindal, the deepest lake in Europe, and take a break there. After setting off again, our next stop is Stryn, one of the most vibrant cities in the region. After seeing the stone bridge in Stryn, where the royal family comes especially for fishing, free time will be given for your shopping and coffee/food. After the break we will take at the foot of Lake Djupvatnet, you will be enchanted by the view you will see from the terrace of Mount Dalsnibba at an altitude of 1476 m, if the weather is nice. Later, we will stop at the Flydal viewing platform and photograph the Geiranger fjord this time. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 19.30. DAY 05 ALESUND
Our ship will dock at the port of Alesund at 07.00 in the morning. After breakfast, we depart for the "Trollstigen and Alesund Panoramic Tour" organized by our guide. From the meeting point, the bus will take you from the beautiful area outside Ålesund to the land of trolls. This part of Møre og Romsdal is especially known for its furniture industry. The road along Storfjord from Sjøholt will take you through Stordal to Valldal, famous for its delicious strawberries. The next stop will be at the breathtakingly beautiful Gudbrandsjuvet, a 5m narrow and 20-25m deep valley. You can walk across a bridge from one side of the gorge to the other. From here, the bus will go from Reinheimen National Park to the Trollstigen plateau. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Troll Road (Trollstigen), the King, Queen, and Bishop mountains, as well as the Stigfossen waterfall. Then we will return to Alesund and take the Alesund panoramic city tour. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17.00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 06 STAVANGER
Our ship will dock at the port of Stavanger at 09.00 in the morning. After breakfast, we depart for the "Stavanger Walking Tour" accompanied by our guide. After disembarking, we start our walking tour to discover Stavanger, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Norway. First, we will see Vågen, the harbor area famous for its colorful wooden houses and lively atmosphere, and then we will take a pleasant walk through the streets of Gamle Stavanger (Old Stavanger), which is considered one of the best-preserved wooden house settlements in Europe. After photo breaks among the white-painted traditional Norwegian houses, we will visit the Stavanger Cathedral, with its impressive 12th-century architecture, and the historic square around it. Later, we will give free time in the Fargegaten (Colorful Street) area, which attracts attention with its colorful murals and artworks, to have the opportunity to get to know local cafes, boutique shops, and the daily life of the city closely. Guests who wish can optionally join the "Lysefjord Boat Tour (180 EUR)". Our boat tour in the city of Stavanger will consist of two parts. In the first part, we will walk together through the richest city in Norway, the center of North Sea oil. Then, we plan to spend time with a boat tour we will take on the 42km Lysefjord (Light Fjord), which will take approximately 2.5 hours. According to many, the most striking point of this fjord, which is the most beautiful and unique in Norway, is the monoblock granite rock called Pulpit Rock, which is 600m above the sea. Although the large crack visible from three sides of the rock gives the impression that it could fall into the sea at any moment, it will probably take thousands of more years for this natural event to occur. Our ship will dock at the port of Kiel at 09.00. After our breakfast, we complete our ship disembarkation procedures and move to the airport with our vehicle waiting for us. After arriving at the airport, we complete our check-in procedures and depart for Izmir at 14.50 with the Sun Express Airlines flight. Arrival at Izmir Airport at 19.00 local time. End of our tour.
