DAY 01 |
ISTANBUL AIRPORT – MILAN – SAVONA After meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 03:30, we complete our check-in procedures and then depart for Milan with Turkish Airlines flight TK1873 at 06:55. Upon our arrival in Milan at local time 08:40, we transfer to the port of Savona where our ship COSTA FASCINOSA is located, via our private vehicle waiting for us. After ship check-in and luggage procedures, we settle into our cabins and then have free time. Our guide will hold a briefing introducing the ship and our tours after boarding, after which you can enjoy the ship until dinner. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:30. Dinner and overnight stay on board. |

DAY 02 |
OLBIA – SARDINIA Our ship will dock at the port of Olbia at 08:00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional "Olbia, Sardinia City Tour" organized by our guide. We proceed along Costa Smeralda, home to Sardinia's most beautiful beaches and bays, heading towards Porto Cervo amidst beautiful landscapes. Along the way, we stop at one of the exceptionally beautiful bays with white sands and turquoise waters. After visiting Porto Cervo, where the yachts of the world's richest people are moored and where they live, we also see Baia Sardinia, which features the island's most beautiful beaches, and return to Olbia. After our city tour in Olbia, the remaining time can be spent at leisure in Olbia. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

CRUISING AT SEA On this day spent cruising at sea, our ship will offer you many alternatives. Those who wish can make use of the ship's indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Those who want can shop at duty-free stores, try their luck at the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment performed in dozens of bars. Diverse dining options will also await you all day long. Dinner and overnight stay on board. |

VALENCIA Our ship will dock at the port of Valencia at 09:00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the Valencia City Tour optionally organized by their guide. During our half-day tour, sights to be seen include Valencia Cathedral, the famous Micalet Bell Tower, Plaza de la Virgen, Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados, Plaça de Reina (Queen's Square), La Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange) which is a masterpiece of late Gothic architecture used for silk trade, Mercado Central (indoor market) which is one of the most vibrant spots in the region, and the City Hall along with El Edificio de Correos (The Post Office Building), an elegant eclectic building. Our ship will leave the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board. |

IBIZA Our ship will dock at the port of Ibiza at 12:00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can get information from our guide, swim in the magnificent beaches of Ibiza, go shopping, and dine. Our ship will depart at 03:00 at night. Dinner and overnight stay on board. |

DAY 06 |
PALMA DE MALLORCA Our ship will depart from the port of Ibiza at 03:00 at night. Our ship will dock at the port of Palma De Mallorca at 09:00. After morning breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the “Palma De Mallorca City Tour & Valldemossa & Frederic Chopin Museum Tour” optionally organized by their guide. We begin this full-day tour by first getting to know the tourism paradise city of Palma de Mallorca with a population of 300 thousand. Sights to be seen include the 14th-century Bellver Castle, the 13th-century famous Palma Cathedral, and right next to it, viewed from the outside, the Almudania Palace. Afterwards, having panoramically viewed the historic Arena, considered the symbol of the city, we will head towards Valldemossa, located in the southwest of the island, also known as the Valley of Moses. Valldemossa, a magnificent village used as a summer resort by kings in the Middle Ages and serving as a resting place for monks, will be our next stop. By getting to know this region and taking plenty of photos, we will have the opportunity to experience the soul of the island. Furthermore, we will visit the Monastery in Valldemossa, its most important part, where the world-famous French composer Chopin and writer George Sand created their most beautiful works, and witness their emotional stories here. Return to our ship after the tour. Our ship will leave the port at 16:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay on board. |

LA SEYNE – ST. TROPEZ Our ship will dock at the port of St. Tropez at 12:00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the “Cannes & Grasse Tour” extraordinarily organized by their guide. On this full-day tour, accompanied by the magnificent landscapes of the French Riviera, we go to Cannes, the heart of cinema and a jet-set city about an hour away. On our way, we can tour Grasse, the perfume capital of France and the world, and go shopping. We continue to Cannes. After our Cannes city tour, free time for lunch and shopping in the city. After touring the city, we return to St. Tropez and tour St. Tropez. The remaining time will be evaluated as free time in St. Tropez. Our ship will leave the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board. |

SAVONA – MILAN AIRPORT – ISTANBUL AIRPORT Our ship will dock at the port of Savona at 09:00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, we carry out our ship disembarkation procedures and then leave the ship. We depart for Milan Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. After our arrival at the airport, following our check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines flight TK1876 at 19:45. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:40 local time. End of our tour. |

CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTY UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
For all package tours within the scope of this campaign, the right to free cancellation will be offered up to 30 days before the departure date.

29 to 15 days prior: 75% of the total amount will be charged,
14 to 0 days prior: 100% of the total amount will be applied as a cancellation penalty.
GENERAL INFORMATION
FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program have been purchased from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedule. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any schedule changes.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, the flight route announced as Nice/Lyon can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.
SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENTS
Guests are responsible for their own luggage at the airport, ports, and during round-trip transfers between the airport and ports. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage for storage, nor can they be held under any liability.
Two of the dinners you will receive during the cruise are formal dinners; every male passenger wishing to dine is required to have at least one suit, and female passengers must have at least one evening dress. The cruise line and captain reserve the right to change the route and port schedules before or during the tour. The contents specified in the program flow are for example purposes.
The operating agency reserves the right to change tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will usually be pre-determined and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise line, while some cruise lines will operate on an open-seating basis. On ships with pre-determined tables, everyone will sit at their assigned tables from the first evening's dinner until the last evening's dinner, and guests who wish may also have their meals in other restaurants on the ship, subject to the arrangement of the ship's authorized personnel.
ONBOARD PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
During check-in on board, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person for couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception while collecting their cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional authorization of 300 euros will be charged to each credit card. The reason for this is the expenses you will make inside the ship after check-in during the voyage. You will be able to make your expenses inside the ship using the magnetic cards given to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
The minimum participation number for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not reached. It may offer an alternative program to the guest.
BAGGAGE & PORT RULES
At the beginning of our cruise, baggage tags in specific colors for all our group's luggage will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket. You are required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first departure day of the ship. This is a situation caused by density and crowds and is under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is useful to put your essential needs in a small hand bag and take it with you on the first day you board the ship.
The departure times of the ship must be strictly observed. Boarding the ship at ports must be completed at least 60 minutes before our ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you are required to pack your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors until 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the luggage is located. We kindly request each of our guests to collect their own luggage by touching and checking it.
PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
Travel abroad cannot be carried out with passports that are older than 10 years, even if they still have validity remaining.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must be untorn and un-worn.
OTHER MATTERS
All guests are required to keep their round-trip plane tickets and cruise tickets with them.
We recommend that our guests have their mobile phones enabled for international use.
Cancellation conditions are notified separately for each program within the content of the relevant program.
