CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTY UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
For all package tours within the scope of the campaign, the right to uninterrupted cancellation will be offered up to 30 days before the departure date. 

Cancellation conditions:
30 days and over: uninterrupted cancellation
29 - 15 days: 75% of the total amount,
14 - 0 days: 100% of the total amount will be applied as a cancellation penalty.
 

GENERAL INFORMATION

FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and the relevant cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time change.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, it can change the flight route announced as Nice/Lyon to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENT
Guests are responsible for their own luggage at the airport and ports, and during round-trip transfers between the airport and ports. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage for safekeeping, nor can they be held under any responsibility.
2 of the dinners you will receive during the cruise are formal dinners; here, every male passenger who wants to dine must have at least one suit, and female passengers must have at least 1 evening dress. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to make changes to the route and port times before or during the tour. The contents specified in the program flow are for example purposes.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will usually be pre-determined and numbered according to names depending on the cruise company, and in some cruise companies, it will be in the form of open seating. On ships with pre-determined tables, everyone will sit at the pre-determined tables from the first evening's dinner to the last evening's dinner, and guests who wish have the right to have their dinner in other restaurants of the ship, depending on the arrangement of the ship's authorized personnel.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT ON BOARD
During check-in to the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person for couples) is required to present a credit card to the ship's reception or deposit a cash deposit while receiving cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization of 300 euros will be drawn from each credit card. The reason for this is the expenses you will make inside the ship during the cruise after checking in to the ship. You will be able to make your expenses inside the ship with the magnetic cards to be given to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. You can learn all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
The minimum participation number for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not reached. It can offer an alternative program to the guest.          

BAGGAGE & PORT RULES
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in certain colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you with your cruise ticket. You need to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late in the evening on the first departure day of the ship. This is a situation caused by density and crowds and is the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is useful to put your essential needs in a small handbag and take it with you on the first day you board the ship.
The departure times of the ship must be strictly observed. Entry to the ship must be made at least 60 minutes before the departure time of our ship at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you are required to pack your luggage, attach the tags to be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors until 00:00. Following our disembarkation procedures from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. We kindly request each of our guests to collect their own luggage by touching and checking it.

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
Travel abroad is not carried out with passports that are older than 10 years even if they have validity.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn and must be un-worn.

OTHER MATTERS
All guests are required to keep their round-trip plane tickets and cruise tickets with them.
We recommend our guests to have their mobile phones opened for international use.
Cancellation conditions are notified separately for each program in the content of the relevant program.
