CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTY UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
For all package programs within the campaign scope, the right to free cancellation will be offered up to 30 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation conditions:
30 days and above: free cancellation
29 - 15 days prior: 75% of the total amount will be applied as a cancellation penalty,
14 - 0 days prior: 100% of the total amount will be applied as a cancellation penalty.

GENERAL INFORMATION

FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in flight times. Therefore, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time changes.
The operations agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, the flight route announced as Nice/Lyon may be changed to Marseille or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are provided within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENT
Guests are responsible for their own luggage at the airports, ports, and during round-trip transfers between the airport and the port. No agency representative, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage for safekeeping, nor can they be held under any responsibility.
2 of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners; for these, every male passenger wishing to dine is required to have at least one suit, and female passengers at least 1 evening dress. The cruise line and captain reserve the right to change the itinerary and port times before or during the tour. The contents specified in the program flow are for example purposes only.
The operations agency reserves the right to change tour contents.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are generally pre-determined and numbered according names depending on the cruise company, while some cruise companies operate on an open seating basis. On ships with pre-assigned tables, everyone will sit at their pre-determined tables from the first evening's dinner to the last evening's dinner, and guests who wish have the right to dine in other restaurants of the ship, subject to the arrangements made by the authorized ship personnel.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT ON BOARD
During check-in on board, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person for couples) is required to present a credit card to the ship's reception or deposit a cash deposit while their cabin keys are being issued. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization hold of 300 euros will be charged to each credit card. The reason for this is the expenses you will make inside the ship after checking in. You will be able to make your expenses on board using the magnetic cards given to you by the ship's reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except the casino. You can check all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
The minimum participation number for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operations agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not reached. It may offer the guest an alternative program.

BAGGAGE & PORT RULES
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all our group's luggage will be delivered to you along with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first departure day of the ship. This is a situation caused by density and crowds and is the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is useful to put your essential needs in a small handbag and take it with you on the first day you board the ship.
The departure times of the ship must be strictly observed. Boarding the ship must be done at the ports at least 60 minutes before the departure time of our ship. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags to be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors until 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the luggage is located. We kindly request each of our guests to collect their own luggage by touching and checking it.

PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
International travel cannot be carried out with passports older than 10 years, even if they have validity remaining.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.

OTHER MATTERS
All guests are required to have their round-trip flight tickets and cruise tickets with them.
We recommend our guests to have their mobile phones enabled for international roaming.
Cancellation conditions are notified separately for each program within the content of the respective program.
