DAY 04  HELLESYLT – GEIRANGER
Our ship will dock at the port of Hellesylt at 08:30 in the morning. After morning breakfast, departure for the “Hellesylt & Geiranger Tour” to be organized by our guide. Two charming villages at the fork at the end of Storfjord. Once the northern mail ports, today, due to the difficulty of land transportation and with an annual average of 180 ship port visits, they are Norway tourism's favorite northern cruise ports. We start our tour by greeting the Hellesylt Waterfall... First defined as the mail route going north, and now as a tourism center. First, we go to the viewpoint where we will see the Hellesylt fjord, and after photographing the fjord from there, we hit the road. The pregnant stone and the stone bridge from the 1800s are our first stop. Then we go to Hornindal Lake, the deepest lake in Europe, and take a break there. After setting off again, our next stop is Stryn, one of the most lively cities in the region. After seeing the stone bridge in Stryn, where the royal family especially comes to fish, free time will be given for your shopping and coffee/meal. Then, after a break we will give at the foothills of Lake Djupvatnet, you will be enchanted by the view you will see from the terrace of Mount Dalsnibba at an altitude of 1476 m if the weather is nice. Afterwards, we will stop at the Flydal viewpoint platform and this time photograph the Geiranger fjord. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19:30. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

After the photo breaks we will take among the white-painted traditional Norwegian houses, we will visit Stavanger Cathedral with its impressive 12th-century architecture and the historic square around it. Afterwards, by giving free time in the Fargegaten (Colorful Street) region, which draws attention with its colorful murals and art works, we will have the opportunity to closely get to know local cafes, boutique shops, and the daily life of the city. Guests who wish can optionally join the "Lysefjord Boat Tour (180 EUR)". Our boat tour in the city of Stavanger will consist of two parts. In the first part, we will explore Norway's wealthiest city, which is the center of North Sea oil, on foot together. Afterwards, we plan to spend our time with a boat tour we will make on the 42km long Lysefjord (Fjord of Light) lasting approximately 2.5 hours. According to many, the most striking point of this fjord, which is Norway's most beautiful and unique, is the monoblock granite rock called Pulpit Rock, located 600m above the sea. Even though the large crack visible from three sides of the rock gives the impression that it could fall into the sea at any moment, it will probably take thousands of years more for this natural phenomenon to occur. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
