DAY 1 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – MILAN – SAVONA
Following our meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal at 03:30 in the morning, departure for Milan with Turkish Airlines flight TK1873 at 08:15. Upon arrival in Milan at local time 09:05, transfer to the port of Savona where our ship COSTA TOSCANA will depart from. After ship check-in and passport procedures, settling into the cabins and free time. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 2 MARSEILLE (AIX-EN-PROVENCE)
Our ship will dock at the port of Marseille at 08:30 in the morning. Free time in the morning for breakfast, shopping, and personal activities. Departure for guests wishing to join the optional “Marseille City Tour & Aix-en-Provence Tour” organized by our guides. In Marseille, an important maritime city, we will start our tour by visiting the “Notre-Dame de la Garde Basilica” located on a high hill. Following this visit, the Longchamp Fountain, Saint-Charles train station, old town, Hotel de Ville, and the marina area will be some of the sights to see. Afterwards, we will proceed to Aix-en-Provence, located 40 minutes away from Marseille. Our tour will begin with the 12th-century famous Saint Saviour’s Cathedral with its Romanesque facade and covered vaulted passageway. Later, during our pleasant walk through the old district of the city, you will see the ancient inns located here and the Mazarin quarter designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:30. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 3 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the port of Barcelona at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests wishing to do so may join the optional “Barcelona City Tour” organized by our guide. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our private bus waiting for us at the port. La Rambla Street, Christopher Columbus Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Barceloneta Beach, Olympic area and port, Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia street where Gaudí's houses have been turned into an open-air street museum, and his ultimate masterpiece Sagrada Família are among the places we will see. During our tour, we will go up to Montjuïc hill to take landscape photos. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 4 IBIZA
Our ship will dock at the port of Ibiza at 12:30 in the afternoon. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish may get information from our guide to swim on the magnificent beaches of Ibiza, go shopping, and dine. Our ship will leave the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 5 CRUISING AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, our ship will offer you many alternatives. Those who wish can make use of the ship's outdoor and indoor pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Those who want can shop at duty-free shops, try their luck at the casino, or enjoy the various music and entertainment performed in dozens of bars. All day long, various dining alternatives will also be waiting for you. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 6 PALERMO
Our ship will dock at the port of Palermo at 08:00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests wishing to do so may join the optional “Palermo & Cefalù Tour” organized by our guide. Following arrival in Palermo, the capital of Sicily, we proceed to Cefalù, one of the most beautiful holiday resorts of Palermo and Sicily. With its medieval buildings, the town is a place both for shopping and for fully feeling the spirit of Sicily. During our tour, the Norman-style cathedral and the ancient washhouse will be among the places we visit. After free time, we return to Palermo and take a tour introducing the city. Afterwards, we visit the Monreale Cathedral. We see the mosaic decorations totaling 6,340 m2 depicting scenes from the Old and New Testaments. Then, return to the ship. Our ship will leave the port at 16:30 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 7 CIVITAVECCHIA / ROME
Our ship will dock at the port of Civitavecchia at 08:30. After morning breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests wishing to do so may join the optional “Rome City Tour” organized by our guide. In this full-day tour, after a 1-hour and 15-minute journey with our bus waiting for us at Civitavecchia Port, we arrive in Rome and do a panoramic tour by bus; sights to see include Castel Sant'Angelo, Tiber River, Borghese Park, Via Veneto, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza della Repubblica, Via Nazionale, Theatre of Marcellus, Circus Maximus, and the Forum areas. Afterwards, we discover Rome's famous squares on foot. Sights to see include Piazza della Rotonda (Pantheon), Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps, where we end our tour and give a shopping break. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 8 SAVONA – MILAN – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at the port of Savona at 08:30 in the morning. After breakfast, we complete our ship disembarkation procedures and then leave the ship. We depart for Milan Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. Following our arrival at the airport, after check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines flight TK1876 at 18:35. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:40 local time. End of our tour.
