DAY 1 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – MARSEILLE / AIX EN PROVENCE
Following our meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal at 03.30, we complete our check-in procedures and then depart for Marseille with Turkish Airlines flight TK1365 at 07.05. Following our arrival in Marseille at local time 09:20, transfer to our ship located at the port of Marseille. After ship check-in procedures and settling into our cabins, free time. Our ship will depart from the port at 18.00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 2 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the port of Barcelona at 14.30 at noon. Free time for personal activities after breakfast in the morning. Guests who wish may join the optional “Barcelona City Tour” organized by our guide. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, will start with our private bus waiting for us at the port. La Rambla Street, Christopher Columbus Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Barceloneta Beach, Olympic area and port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi’s houses are transformed into an open-air museum, and his main work Sagrada Familia are among the places we will see. During our tour, we will go up to Montjuic hill to take scenery photos. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19.30. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 3 CRUISING AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, our ship will offer you many alternatives. Those who wish can benefit from the ship's outdoor and indoor pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Those who wish can shop from duty-free shops, try their luck at the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment performed in dozens of bars. Different dining alternatives will also be waiting for you all day long. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 4 LA GOULETTE
Our ship will dock at the port of La Goulette at 08.00 in the morning. Free time for personal activities after morning breakfast. Guests who wish may join the optional Carthage & Sidi Bou Said tour organized by our guide. Our first stop, Carthage, is a city founded by a Phoenician colony. Among the places we will see here are the Early Christian Museum and the Carthage National Museum. Our second stop, Sidi Bou Said, is a picturesque village located on top of a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean, where we will take a pleasant walk in its winding, cobblestone streets. Its white walls, contrasting sky-blue doors, and ornate window grilles will remind you of Greece and Bodrum. At the end of our tour, after giving free time to take photos and buy souvenirs, we transfer to the ship at the time specified by our guide. Our ship will leave the port at 16.00. DAY 5 PALERMO
Our ship will dock at the port of Palermo at 09.00 in the morning. Free time for shopping and personal activities after morning breakfast. Guests who wish may join the optional “Palermo & Cefalu Tour” organized by our guide. Following our arrival in Palermo, the capital of Sicily, we go to Cefalu, one of the most beautiful holiday resorts of Palermo and Sicily. With its medieval buildings, the town is both a place for shopping and where you can fully feel the spirit of Sicily. During our tour, the cathedral dating from the Norman period and the ancient washhouse will be among the places we will visit. After free time, return to Palermo and we will take a tour introducing the city. Then we visit the Monreale Monastery. We see the mosaic ornamentation totaling 6340 m2 depicting scenes from the Old and New Testaments. Afterwards, return to the ship. Our ship will leave the port at 17.00 in the evening. DAY 6 NAPLES
Our ship will dock at the port of Naples at 13.00 in the morning. Guests who wish may join the optional “Sorrento & Capri Tour (Full Day)” organized by their guide. Sorrento is the birthplace of the poet Torquato Tasso, the land of colors, the homeland of mermaids, the city of lemon and orange trees. Having also hosted the famous Soviet writer Maxim Gorky in the 1920s, Sorrento is a charming southern city where kindness and hospitality meet and are passed down from generation to generation. After our Sorrento tour, we depart for Capri. We arrive at the island of Capri after our journey by high-speed ferry. The places to visit in Capri are the town of Capri located above the port and the “Anacapri” town at the very top of the hill, the Gardens of Augustus, and the shopping street. Those who wish can take the cable car from Anacapri to the highest point of the island and get the chance to see a magnificent view. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. DAY 7 LIVORNO
Our ship will dock at the port of Livorno at 07:00 in the morning. Free time for shopping and personal activities after morning breakfast. Guests who wish may join the optional “Florence & Pisa Tour” organized by their guide. With our private vehicle waiting for us at the port, we first go to the nearby city of Pisa. We see the Duomo, the Baptistery, and the Leaning Tower in the famous square of the city called the Field of Miracles and give a short shopping break. Those who wish to climb this tower, which has an inclination of approximately 14 degrees, have to climb 294 steps for a fee. Afterwards, accompanied by magnificent Tuscany views, we arrive in Florence after a journey of about 1.5 hours with our vehicle and; we panoramic tour the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria Square, Duomo Cathedral and its Baptistery. Florence, which is a shopping paradise especially for shoes, bags, and all kinds of leather products, invites you to the heart of fashion. Free time for lunch and shopping in this city of Italy, which attracts the most tourists and deserves it after Rome. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 8 MARSEILLE – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at the port of Marseille at 09.00 in the morning. After morning breakfast, we carry out our ship check-out procedures and then leave the ship. Guests who wish may join the optional “Aix en Provence Tour” organized by our guide. Setting off with our private vehicle waiting for us, we begin our Aix-en-Provence tour where you will feel the charming atmosphere of Southern France. Our first stop will be the famous Saint-Sauveur Cathedral, which has survived from the 12th century with its Romanesque-style grand facade and covered vaulted passageway. Afterwards, we will take a pleasant walk in the old streets where you will closely feel the historical texture of the city. During this stroll, you will discover the ancient inns carrying the traces of the past and the elegant Mazarin district designed by Cardinal Mazarin’s brother in the 17th century. At the end of our tour, we depart for Marseille Airport. Following our arrival at the airport, after our check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 19.00 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1368S.
