After meeting at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 09:00, we depart for Skopje at 12:25 with AJet Airlines flight VF263. After a flight of approximately one and a half hours, we arrive at Skopje Airport. Following passport and customs procedures, we set off with our vehicle waiting for us to explore the streets of Skopje. While wandering through the parts of the largest bazaar built outside the capital in Ottoman history that have survived to the present day, we will see the Kapan Han, Sulu Han, Cifte Hammam, Murat Pasha Mosque, Sultan Murat Mosque, Clock Tower, Stone Bridge, Skopje Fortress, the statue groups built within the scope of the 2014 project, Macedonia Square, Vardar River, and the Alexander the Great statue, which are just a few of the things we will see in this magnificent city. If you are lucky and it is not sold out, you should eat the famous acibadem, and if it is in season, you must drink a cold boravitsa and taste the kikiriki. After our tour, there is free time. Following the free time, we have our dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we leave our hotel for our Kosovo tour. First, our guide takes us to Matka Canyon, which is included in our tour program, to take a pleasant walk in nature and store up on oxygen. After the pleasant walk we will take here, we move on to reach the Macedonia-Kosovo border. After passport and customs procedures, we arrive in Kosovo, the second newest country in the world and the newest in Europe. First, we arrive in Prizren, where you will feel like you are in an Anatolian town, bearing many traces of the Ottoman Empire. During our walking tour here, the Sinan Pasha Mosque, Arasta Mosque minaret, Ottoman hammam, stone bridge, Turkish consulate, and the fortress are just some of the things we will see. We highly recommend you taste the delicious local dishes during the free time we will give here. After completing our Prizren tour, we go to visit the tomb built at the site where the tent of Murat Hudavendigar, one of the important sultans of Ottoman history, was set up during his time, and where his organs were embalmed and buried after he lost his life following the battle. After our tomb visit, we see the capital Pristina panoramically and complete our visits in Kosovo, then return to Skopje. Transfer to the restaurant for the dinner, music, and entertainment-filled Macedonian Night tour to be held in the evening. After enjoying both the food and the entertainment to the fullest with Rumelian, Balkan, and Macedonian melodies, transfer to our hotel and overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we complete our check-out procedures and set off for Belgrade with our luggage. After our journey, we arrive in Belgrade. During our walking tour upon arrival, Knez Mihajlova Street, Kalemegdan, Monument of Gratitude to France, Istanbul Gate, Damat Ali Pasha Tomb, panorama point, Victor Monument, Zindan Gate, Leopold Gate, Clock Tower, and the ramparts are just some of the things we will see. After our walking tour, you can wander through the lively streets of Belgrade, taste different ice cream flavors at the ice cream shop recommended by your guide, or have a pleasant coffee while watching the surroundings and the city. After our tour, transfer to our hotel by our vehicle. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we complete our check-out procedures and set off for Sarajevo with our luggage. We enter another country included in our program by passing through the border gate located on the Drina River, which we are familiar with from books, through a pleasant journey continuing through the plateaus and villages of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Unlike the vast plains and villages of Serbia, magnificent landscapes accompany the winding roads of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon our arrival in Sarajevo, we start to explore the city center on foot. During our walking tour, the Sebilj, which is the symbol of the city, Gazi Husrev-beg Madrasa, Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, bazaar, clock tower, the various shops of Bascarsija, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Eternal Flame, Latin Bridge, and Fatih Mosque are just some of the things we will see. After our walking tour, you can drink Bosnian coffee in cafes unique to Bosnia, lose yourself in the magnificent Bosnian pastry, or explore the city by getting lost in its streets remaining from the European and Ottoman periods. After our tour, we eat the famous Bosnian meatballs, cevapi, for dinner in the city center (In some hotels, dinner is served at the hotel). After dinner, transfer to our hotel by our vehicle. Overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we complete our check-out procedures and leave the hotel with our luggage. First, we move to Mostar, one of the most important cities of the region, which was destroyed by the fire of Croatian artillery during the Bosnian War in our recent history, later rebuilt with the contributions of the Republic of Turkey, famous for its bridge listed on the UNESCO World Heritage list, and which will take you to a completely different world with its narrow and authentic streets remaining from the Ottoman Empire. During our tour here, the Mostar Bridge, Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, Catholic Cathedral, Turkish consulate, and the martyrs' cemetery are some of the things we will see. If we are on a lucky day, we might also see the young people who jump from the bridge for show, but whose story dates back to old times. During the free time we will give after our tour, you can buy souvenirs unique to Mostar and take a nice lunch break. After the free time, we meet with our vehicle at the time and place given by our guide and reach Pocitelj, a garrison village that has survived from the Ottoman era to the present day. After seeing the Ottoman houses, hammam, mosque, and old cobblestone streets here and sipping our Turkish tea and Bosnian coffee, we leave the village. After Pocitelj, we head towards our hotel. Check-in to the hotel and dinner at our hotel. (For those who wish, we visit the city of Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Europe and where the Game of Thrones series was filmed (extra 50€). In this trip, Orlando Column, Ancient Port, Stradun Street, Orphanage, Clock Tower, and city walls are some of the works we will see.)
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we leave the hotel early in the morning. We start our day by visiting the Kravica Waterfall, a gift of nature to us, as the first stop of the day. After the Kravica Waterfall, we arrive in Kotor, one of the important places of the Middle Ages that has survived to the present day. When you see the city of Kotor, which has challenged centuries in the depths of the bay and on the slope of the mountain, one of the tourist centers of Montenegro, both your mind and heart will remain here. During our walking city tour upon arrival, the mansions of families that are very important for Kotor, Saint Tryphon Cathedral, Orthodox church, squares, and beautiful stories are just some of the things we will see and hear. During the free time we will give in this city, if the season and weather are suitable, you can climb the stairs to the chapel at the very top of the walls and take magnificent landscape photos, taste different and magnificent dishes by following the scents in the narrow streets of the city, sip your drink in one of the squares, or visit the Cat Museum, one of the most interesting museums in the city. Don't forget to ask your guide where that magnificent cake is in this city; it is our recommendation to all dessert lovers. Immediately after the free time, we pass by seeing the city of Budva panoramically from our vehicle. Immediately after Budva, which is one of the ideal centers abroad for a seaside holiday, we see the Sv. Stefan island, which was bought by a Singaporean multi-billionaire, panoramically and arrive at the Montenegro – Albania border. After the passport and customs procedures we will carry out at the Montenegro – Albania border, we arrive at the hotel where we will stay. Check-in to the hotel and dinner at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we complete our check-out procedures, leave the hotel with our luggage, and start our tour with our vehicle waiting for us. Following the Tirana and Elbasan route, we arrive at the Albania – Macedonia border gate. After the customs and passport procedures we will carry out here, we go to the place where the Sv. Naum Monastery, also known as Sari Saltuk, is located, which is built right on the edge of the Ohrid Lake source, our first stop. During the free time to be given here, you can visit the church, which also contains the tomb of Sv. Naum, if you wish, or take a boat tour on the natural spring called Black Drim. After the free time, we move to Ohrid. Upon our arrival in Ohrid, we start our walking tour. During our tour in this beautiful city, which is famous for its pearl and is like a pearl itself, built on the shore of Lake Ohrid, the Ohrid houses, Hagia Sophia Church, Damat Ali Pasha Mosque, Halveti Tekke and Mosque, and the Turkish quarter are some of the places we will see. After touring Ohrid on foot, there is free time for your shopping and enjoyment. We recommend you drink a glass of Turkish tea or Turkish coffee in the Turkish quarter. After the free time, we head towards our hotel. After checking into the rooms, dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we complete our check-out procedures, leave the hotel with our luggage, and move towards Tetovo. The Agency may cancel or postpone the trip due to reasons that prevent the start or continuation of the trip, despite having shown all necessary care; such as the failure to form a definite registration for the required number of passengers, the hotel falling into 'short' status or the hotel not accepting reservations for certain reasons, and/or adverse weather conditions, road blocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, possibility of war, economic and administrative crises, unforeseeable technical issues, and all force majeure events. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.

Date changes made by the consumer are considered as cancellation.
2/c- If the consumer wishes to cancel the Early Booking Discounted Product purchased during the discounted sales period for any reason, they accept and undertake to pay the entire trip cost to otelegidelim.com if they have not purchased cancellation insurance.
2/d- The illness or death of the consumer or their first-degree relatives that prevents their 10 (ten) days of habitual occupation, proven by an official board report obtained from a full-fledged state hospital and submitted in writing before the start of the service, is an exception to the cancellation/transfer articles.
2/e- The consumer may transfer their reservation to the person they wish up to exactly 7 (seven) days before the start of the service. The transferee is responsible together with the transferor for the balance and all costs arising from the transfer. The consumer is obliged to submit all cancellation/transfer requests to the agency in writing before the start of the service.
2/f- In case the consumer does not notify in writing that they will participate in the service/accommodation whose start they missed; the agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 (twenty-four) hours. In such cancellations, no refund is made to the consumer.
2/g- The agency may partially or completely cancel the reservations it has announced or registered, provided that it notifies the consumer in cases it deems necessary. Within the same period or during the service/accommodation, the agency may change the names of the hotels within the scope of the service, transportation vehicles and their departure points, and the order of visits to places indicated as places to be visited in the program. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, they have the right to cancel their reservation and receive a refund for the unconsumed service fees.
2/h- If the consumer wishes to make a date change on the discounted early booking product purchased during the discounted sales period for any reason, they accept that the reservation change will be made without discount over the list prices valid on the date of the request.

Otherwise, the consumer is not considered to have left the tour and is deemed to have received and used the service.
2/j- The consumer's use of the purchased tour program until the end despite complaining about it eliminates compensation rights such as substitute service and price refund regarding the issues they complained about.
3- General Provisions
3/a- All responsibility regarding luggage and its contents belongs to the luggage owner. The consumer is obliged to comply with the laws and customs to which the vehicle they will travel in and the facility they will stay in are subject.
3/b- In case of luggage loss or damage caused by the gross negligence of transportation service providers; if the consumer has a loss or damage REPORT drawn up by the provider, 1/2 of the portion corresponding to transportation within the total cost of the trip is paid by the agency to the consumer who owns the goods as material and moral compensation for the lost goods and suitcase, regardless of the material and moral value and other characteristics of the items inside the luggage. The agency is responsible for all kinds of loss, damage, and theft of items delivered to it by being declared in writing with their values, up to a maximum of the total reservation amount for transportation. Additionally, in case of luggage or item loss or damage during accommodation service or on the day of departure, the consumer must have a loss or damage REPORT drawn up; furthermore, the agency bears no responsibility for making any payment for such losses or damages.

It can also be compensated by giving additional discounts at the rate/amount the Agency will offer from another trip of the Consumer. The fact that additional, substitute services or additional discounts have been received, used, or consumed by the Consumer eliminates the Consumer's rights to price refund and compensation.
3/e- The consumer accepts that they will comply with the rules notified by the guide, facility, agency, and transportation vehicle authorities regarding the purchased service; that they will respect the life, property, and peace of 3rd parties, otherwise they will not be able to receive the service for a justified reason and will not have the right to a refund.

3/g- It is the duty of the good-faith consumer to cooperate and act carefully by notifying the agency in writing of the issues they complain about during the performance of the service.
3/h- Consumer(s) who do not have a signature on the contract but participate in the service subject to the contract are deemed to have accepted and undertaken the contract provisions with the reading and signing of this contract by the consumer(s) they have assigned to register on their behalf. The contract, voucher, and receipt sent by the agency to the consumer's fax, email, etc. contact addresses will be signed by the consumer and sent back to the agency. In case it is not sent within 24 hours, they are deemed to have accepted and undertaken the provisions of this contract. For the cancellation insurance to be valid, this contract must be signed by the consumer and sent to the agency.
3/ı- In accordance with Article 12 of Law No. 1618; if a package tour service is purchased, cases where the package tour cannot be provided partially or at all are covered by insurance. The scope of coverage is up to the package tour price.

3/k- In the calculation of the compensation to be paid in cases where the agency partially or completely fails to comply with the contract, the articles of the TURSAB MARMARIS SCHEDULE are applied.
